The holiday complex "Haus Cooling" is located in a quiet, yet very central location in Friedrich-Borgwardt-Strasse, a very good location in the western city center of the Baltic Sea resort of Kühlungsborn. The house, built in 1903 in the style of the typical bath architecture, exudes the incomparable stylish charm of the 19th Century. The modern renovation of the apartment complex was created in 1998/99 by the basic renovation of the building. Numerous shops, small boutiques, bistros, cafés and restaurants in the immediate vicinity invite you to stroll and linger. The bakery - for fresh bread in the morning - is just a few steps away. In addition, there are doctors, a pharmacy, banks, post office and 2 large and well-stocked supermarkets in the immediate vicinity. The shopping arcade "Unter den Kolonnaden", the Baltic Square with the art gallery, the Konzertgarten-West with its interesting and varied entertainment program, several bicycle rentals and many other attractive leisure activities are also in the vicinity and can be easily reached in just a few minutes on foot. From your holiday apartment it is only approx. 300 m to the Ostseeallee with direct access to the approx. 6 km long, child-friendly, fine white sandy beach and to the beautiful and more than 3 km long beach promenade. Here you can take long walks to the pier or to the marina in Kühlungsborn-Ost. Alternatively, there are kilometers of comfortably laid out paths in the city forest (133 ha) bordering approx. 300 m for walks or bicycle tours - here you can enjoy pure relaxation ...!It is also only about 300 meters to the west station with the historic steam bath "Molli" and the west bus station.

The cozy 2-room apartment (approx. 33 m²) on the 1st The upper floor has a high degree of functionality and is fully furnished. The apartment is tiled in all rooms. The apartment offers sleeping facilities for a total of 3 people. For small children, we can also provide you with a children's travel bed (without mattress, duvet, pillow and covers) and a high chair if required (for a small fee). The friendly living / dining room has a separate seating area with a comfortable corner couch and coffee table, a separate dining table with 3 chairs and a sideboard. From here you have a beautiful view of the garden of the neighboring house through the French balcony (facing south). A modern flat screen TV and a mini stereo system with radio and CD player are available for your entertainment in the apartment. In addition, the apartment has free WiFi. The open kitchen includes a fully equipped kitchenette with 2-ring ceramic hob, microwave, extractor hood, refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle and toaster. The kitchen is well and adequately equipped with dishes, glasses, cutlery and pots. The cozy bedroom is furnished with a comfortable double bed, bedside tables and 2 wardrobes. An additional comfortable sleeping space for another 3. Person offers the pull-out sofa bed in the living room. The modern bathroom has a shower, sink, toilet, hairdryer and plenty of storage space. You can store your shoes and jackets in the large cloakroom in the entrance area of the apartment. A communal (coin operated) washing machine and a tumble dryer are located in the basement of the house and can be shared by all guests. You can park your car free of charge on a parking space belonging to your apartment right next to the house, your bikes can be parked in a bicycle cellar in the house. If you don't bring your own bikes, you can rent them if you are interested in renting a bike in the immediate vicinity of your residence.
