Sehr zentral, Strandnähe sehr gut, ruhige Umgebung. Küche leider sehr klein, Abfalltrennung schwierig, da keine seperaten Behälter in der Wohnung vorhanden waren.

Aufenthalt war von der Lage in unmittelbarer Strandnähe gut. Sauberkeit der Wohnung insbesondere in Bezug auf die Fenster, Staub in den Vorhängen und Spinnweben war mangelhaft. Nach Rücksprache mit dem Vermieterbüro wurde sofort abgeholfen. Balkon ist sehr schmutzig und lud nicht zum Verweilen ein.

Perfekte Lage

Perfekte Lage zu Strand, Promenade und Geschäfte, im Haus ist kein Aufzug!! Im Apartment ist alles Notwendige vorhanden, die Einrichtung ist allerdings sehr altbacken und das Inventar wirkt etwas zusammengewürfelt. Die Matratzen sollten unseres Erachtens dringend ausgetauscht werden. Für diejenigen, die das nicht stört, eine gute Wahl, für uns bei dem Tagesendpreis inkl. Reinigung, Steuern etc. von über 100 EUR kommt es nicht mehr in Frage.

Sehr schöne Tage in einer schönen Wohnung mit perfekter Lage. Nur ein kurzer Weg zum Strand und zur Promenade. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet.
