Beautiful home, well stocked! Kitchen had everything you need and more. Stayed 4 nights with family. Everyone had their own bedroom and bath. Would definitely stay again.

Best vacation ever

The home was everything it stated it would be! Very happy with the stay and would stay here again! Enjoyed the walks and hiking all around the neighborhood and rest of Tahoe! The view from the hot tub was a great way to start mornings!Thanks so much

Beautiful Home

Our family visited for a ski trip in January and this home is perfect, has every amenity you need to enjoy the mountains in the winter. Highly recommend!

Our stay was great. Everything we needed. Pack and play could use a sheet available but we made it work. Owner was very quick to respond back. Very accommodating. Would recommend. 8/16/25.

When we had babies, we always brought their bedding and blankets with us. So we assumed our guests would do the same. Sorry. Otherwise I'm glad everything else was perfect.

Comfortable Stay in Beautiful Incline Village

The owner, Bruce, was very easy to communicate with and made expectations clear. The house is beautiful with lots of amenities to make your stay comfortable. Everything was clean and well organized with plenty of space for our multigenerational group to spread out. The game king slot machine provided some bonus entertainment for our group as well.

Really enjoyed our stay. The house was clean and well organized. Furniture was comfortable as were the beds. Very quiet neighborhood with adequate parking. Very modern kitchen and baths. Would stay there again.

Beautiful house in Incline

The house was really nice with plenty of rooms / bathrooms to accommodate our group of 6. The house was clean and well stocked for cooking etc. The spa with a view was especially nice and the owner was responsive and easy to work with.

Fun time in Tahoe

We had a fun time in Tahoe. Bruce is easy to work with and replies quickly to any questions before and during the trip, even on holidays. The house has everything you would need to do your own cooking and lots of family games, which is great for a relaxing family vacation.

Fantastic getaway for multiple families!

We had an outstanding stay at this home over Thanksgiving break! The house is very spacious and well equipped with a fantastic game room in the basement! Features such as the heated driveway came in handy during the snow and the location in Incline Village is perfect! Bruce was very responsive whenever we had questions. Highly recommend this house!

2nd annual Butler vacation

Beautiful home and neighborhood. Everyone had a wonderful, relaxing time. Home had everything we needed and more. We had to contact the owner Bruce a couple of times for questions and he got back to us right away and was helpful and polite. Another great vacation in beautiful Tahoe!

Amazing home for a family with everything and more that you’ll need for your stay!!

Everything was 100% exceptional. From the fireplace to the jacuzzi to the heated driveways Carmen into play this weekend. First snow of year and we were delighted to have been in this home. A brilliant layout for families of 10 or more with so much to do. Best house experience in Tahoe in all my years!!

Great home near ski and snow play

Great home, well appointed, warm, great condition, plenty of space! Great hill for snow play behind the home. Heated driveway really made a difference. Terrific kitchen and main living area. Bedrooms all worked well for our group. Would definitely recommend this house!
