The house was perfectly located, just a short walk from several awesome restaurants and too many gift shops to count! The host was easy to contact and responded promptly! And… the hot tub was Awesome!!!!

Wonderful property - superb location! Walk to everything and even hikes in the surrounding neighborhoods. The house was very comfortable, well appointed and the outdoor spaces so enjoyable - beautiful views and the front porch was lovely ! Highly recommend a stay here.

Loved this home! Equipped with all the essentials and then some. So nicely decorated and very comfortable. We loved sitting out front in the morning to watch the sunrise over the mountains and the back yard for evening cocktails. Also just steps to all the stores and restaurants in uptown Sedona.

We had a great stay. The home is very conveniently located near Main Street with easy access to shops and restaurants. The property was well maintained, beautifully decorated, and very comfortable throughout our stay. The hosts were pleasant and easy to communicate with, and the views were absolutely amazing. We had a great time in Sedona! This house was perfect for our stay. The outdoor area is a great place to hang out and chill in the afternoons. Sitting in the hot tub at night watching the stars was a great end to each day. Highly recommend!

This house was amazing! So clean and comfortable! It had pleanty of space for our small family trip and the back yard was a huge bonus! Walk is a couple blocks to the main strip of downtown Sedona. I would highly encourage anyone to book this home.

Loved the house. Located was perfect. Rained the entire time we were there so was not able to utilize the hot tub. Step into bath tub is a bit high and tub is slippery

We had an amazing time. Hot tub is perfect. So nice being able to walk into town. They’ve spent a lot of time upgrading the house and thinking of everything that you might need while you’re here. The surprise highlight was the stunning amount of jasmine plants in the backyard creating a spa like experience when you’re in the hot tub, which we used every night!

Fantastic property. Very clean. Close proximity to many things (stores, food, gas). Linens were extremely comfortable and water pressure was excellent. Backyard is fully enclosed well and very dog friendly. Everything was labeled which made the stay easy and helpful. Will definitely book again if available next time I'm visiting the town. We loved it here! My husband and our two fur babies had a great stay here. The house was clean and cozy and had everything we needed. I cooked and found the kitchen to be well stocked it was easy to chef my way around. The fur babies loved the back yard and were cool and comfy in the house. There's even a foosball table in the garage. The view from the front patio is gorgeous, we were in awe every time we'd walk out the front door. Easy walk to town. It felt effortless to stay here and would stay again!

This was our second time staying in Sedona and we wanted to be walkable to the shops and restaurants this time. This place was perfect! Great location. Everything was well-labeled and instructions were clear for a smooth check in and check out. Beautiful stargazing from the hot tub (which was clean and well maintained! Service guy came mid week during our stay to adjust the chemicals).Only item worth noting is the yard is not quite fully fenced/dog proof. There’s an area near the hot tub where if your dog is athletic and wants to get out and explore, they can hop up onto the little ledge and circumvent the fencing. We had an incident where she wandered away just sniffing and exploring and had to keep an eye on her following that (didn’t even notice the lack of fencing in the one spot until then)
