Welcome to The House on the Hill!
This memorable house is the perfect home base for your trip to Tupelo. Located in a quiet and safe neighborhood in East Tupelo, the home is conveniently located close to all major highways, the Elvis Presley Birthplace, Itawamba Community College and Ole Miss campuses, Cadence Arena, and North MS Medical Center. Recently renovated 1952 home with two cozy bedrooms featuring queen beds. Original hardwood floors throughout the home. One bathroom features a bathtub with shower, while the other is a large walk-in shower, making it easy to refresh after a day of exploring. The lovely interior keeps you comfortable with heating and air conditioning, while thoughtful touches like an iron and hair dryer add convenience. The new deck offers an extra space to relax with seating and a grill. There is plenty of parking with a driveway and one-car carport. We live right next door and are available should any need arise. We would love to host you on your trip to our little city!

About the host
Your host
We are 25 year residents of Tupelo, where we have raised two kids and countless dogs. We have been in East Tupelo for a little over a year. When the house next door to us came available, we saw an opportunity to preserve the character. This is our first foray into renting, but we are looking forward to learning!
Why they chose this property
We have lived in several areas of town during our 25 years here. We have made East Tupelo our home for the last year because it is so quiet and safe and convenient!
What makes this property unique
This house has a lot of character. It was built in 1952 and just underwent a serious remodel where all rooms were completely redone. Furnishings were chosen with a nod to mid century design, mixing period furniture with modern pieces. Colors were carefully chosen to be period appropriate as well as calming and attractive. Bathrooms are completely modern. The en-suite features a 70 inch walk-in shower and a makeup station beside the vanity. The other bathroom features a deep bathtub, perfect for soaking, and a shower. The kitchen boasts all new appliances in addition to a coffee pot, tea kettle, and toaster/air fryer.
