Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Please return the golf cart to the assigned parking spot and make sure that the engine is off and the headlights are turned off. Cover the cart.
Please return the house key to the lockbox. Return the golf cart key and keyring to the key hook in the kitchen.
Please close and secure the patio umbrella(s), cover the BBQ/grill, and reset any patio furniture that may have been moved during your stay
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

First time in Catalina. The property is beautiful ,kitchen fully equipped and I felt like I was at home. The host was very attentive, response time was quick to any question I had. I'll definitely be back. My family enjoyed our stay.

A luxurious unit in a dramatically beautiful setting. The entire time I was there I felt like I was back on the Amalfi Coast. Nicholas was the perfect host, immediately responsive to our needs, and provider of some valuable tips to make our stay more enjoyable. I will not hesitate to stay at the Hamilton Cove suite on any future visit to Catalina.

Amazing condo. Beautiful ocean view. Only a short distance with the golf cart to the town. Nicely decorated and very clean and comfortable. We had a great time.

The condo is spacious, clean, has comfy beds and furniture. The View is the main reason to rent this place, it is stunning. For a family of 4 the place is perfect. Enough space to spread out yet nice dining table to come together for meals. The kitchen is pretty stocked for cooking meals. The golf cart is a huge plus to get around the island easily. The host was very responsive to some issues we experienced but nothing that would stop me from staying here again. The only lacking item was activiy gear. Hamilton Cove is great by having tennis courts, a putting green and easy ocean access however there was no tennis rackets, golf clubs or beach/water items to enjoy these amenities that we saw. I could have missed them, that would be my only suggestion to make this place go from good to great. It was our first time to Catalina Island and we will def be returning and would this place again in a heartbeat, highly recommend!

All those sports items were in the front entry closet. Tennis racquets, tennis balls, pickleball paddles and balls, golf clubs, golf balls, snorkel, masks, fins, croquet set. 😊

This was my first visit to Santa Catalina. I didn't know it when I booked, but Hamilton Cove is an excellent place to stay, especially your first time there. A golf cart is essential if you want to go anywhere, and this property comes with one. It's a large complex with it's own beach. Excellent place to stay.

Great communication and help from the host. Fully stocked kitchen was great. It would be helpful in the description to mention the amount of stairs that are required to get to the condo. Very quiet and spacious. Nice bday weekend for the family!
