The Space:

Palm 57 offers 3,000 square feet of indoor living space, situated on a rare acre lot with fabulous new salt water pool and 8 person jacuzzi with waterfall. Having undergone an extensive year-long renovation, this home is a true design paradise, with notable names such as Knoll and Herman Miller inside and Nardi furniture outside. Ava Gardner was the first person to live at Palm 57, some say to keep an eye on Frank next door.



The 2,400 square foot main house features three bedrooms and three bathrooms. The original stone fireplace is the focal point for the formal sitting area. With plentiful seating, this space is ideal for quiet conversation or enjoying a good book. Sliders open onto the pool and patio and offer this property's signature unobstructed views of the San Jacinto Mountains.



The detached 540 square foot pool house is a design masterpiece, offering one bedroom and one bathroom. West facing, the 16" of sliding glass doors provide breathtaking views of the pool, spa and mountains beyond. Double palms encased in glass and rising to the sky are a strong focal point and a unique design touch. The pool house also features a custom king bed, double sinks with Corian counters, separate water closet, and a sitting area with 50' smart TV.



Guest Access:

Check-In/Check-Out. Your Check-in and Check-out times are set forth in your Reservation Agreement. You understand and agree that if you stay past the agreed check-out time, Company has the right under state law, and you will be assessed $100/hour charge if you are found to be in the home before Check-in time or after Check-out time. Due to local regulations, guests in some regions are required to check-in at one of our local offices.



The Neighborhood:

The media room features a 70' smart TV. With seating for up to 10 and plantation shutters, this space is perfect even for a midday movie screening! The large custom sectional offers additional sleeping accommodations, opening into a queen sized Air Dream bed. Custom framed LP covers highlighting some of Palm Springs most notable stars fill the room, a delightful reminder of the rich creative history of the neighborhood.



Nestled in the heart of The Movie Colony, Palm 57 offers every convenience and abundant activity space to make leaving the property unnecessary! For those times that you do venture out, Downtown Palm Springs and Palm Canyon Drive are within walking distance, where you can explore fine dining, shopping, art and culture. Join the many celebrities who have stayed in this home, and enjoy the best of everything the city has to offer.

Situated next door to Frank Sinatra's Twin Palms Estate in the heart of The Movie Colony, this four bedroom, four bathroom home features the ultimate in designer touches and spectacular southern and western views from its half acre lot.



A large kitchen offers Kitchen Aid professional-grade appliances including double ovens and gas cooktop. Caesar stone counters and ample storage make this an ideal space for preparing meals at home with ease. The breakfast counter offers seating for four, while the adjacent dining room will seat eight, with stunning pool and mountain views!



In addition to the washer and dryer, a full bath is just off of the media room, serving pool guests with access through the adjacent patio door. The primary suite in the main house features a custom California king bed, 40' HDTV, direct pool access and unobstructed mountain views. The en-suite bath offers double sinks, Caesar stone counters, glass shower and free standing soaking tub. The two guest bedrooms in the main house each feature queen size beds, and desks, with period specific accessories. Bathroom access is either en-suite or via the adjacent hallway entrance.



The super luxurious back yard is an activities paradise with multiple green spaces, a large outdoor kitchen with fridge and BBQ all under a large pergola. The south-facing pebble tech pool features a tanning shelf and elevated 8 person spa with spillover. A fabulous fire bar is the best place for an evening cocktail or two. The huge pool deck is made from gorgeous white travertine marble that stays cool under your feet. Abundant fruit trees and several seating areas provide privacy within the compound.



Per the City of Palm Springs, all adult guests (18 years and older) are required to read and provide written acknowledgment the Palm Springs Good Neighbor Brochure prior to gaining access to the rental property. A copy of these policies will be sent upon confirmation of your reservation. The primary guest is also required to provide details for all vehicles of guests staying at the property.



Pool and Spa Heating- ADDON

Optional pool and spa heating is available for an additional $80 per night. We recommend adding this service between October and May to ensure the water temperature is comfortable during your stay. If you would like to include pool heat, please notify us at least 72 hours prior to your arrival, as some pools may require up to 48 hours to reach the desired temperature of 86 degrees.



Monthly Stays & Utility Deposit

For stays of 28 nights or more, a utility deposit of $1,500 per month is required. This includes a monthly gas and electric usage allowance of $200. Any charges exceeding this amount will be deducted from the deposit. The remaining balance, if any, will be refunded following check-out based on actual usage.



Local regulations also require that the property manager meets you within 24 hours of your arrival to verify your identity and review local ordinances. We will reach out after booking to assist in scheduling a virtual check-in.
