The Nest is a cozy, thoughtfully curated Nordic-inspired guesthouse tucked away in the quiet Botany Hills neighborhood of Covington, KY—just 8 minutes from Downtown Cincinnati. The space offers a comfortable king suite with a private en suite bathroom (featuring a soaking tub, shower, and Japanese bidet), along with a welcoming living room, dining area, and fully equipped kitchen. Step out onto either of the two private balconies to relax and take in sweeping views of the Cincinnati skyline.
The architectural design of the building is part Bauhaus, part International with a touch of Brutalist Revival. The interior design for the units is a blend of Japandi, Boho, and Modern Scandinavian styles. The Penthouse is a 600-square foot, one bedroom suite that occupies the entire second floor of the building. Its two private balconies (one extending from the dining area, the other from the bedroom) provide sweeping views of Downtown Cincinnati.
The main room includes a living area, a fully-stocked kitchen, and a dining area with seating for 8 people.
The bedroom has a king-sized bed and a simple walk-in closet. The bed is set up with a memory foam mattress and an assortment of goose down and foam pillows. A twin-sized air mattress can also be set up to provide additional sleeping options. Extra blankets and pillows are available upon request.
The bathroom is accessed through the bedroom. It is equipped with a shower, bathtub, and Japanese toilet that is fully-integrated with an automated bidet system.
There is a laundry room in the basement of the building (accessed by the back staircase that extends from the back of the main level foyer). The laundry room is shared by the guests in Studio B (another guest unit in the building) as well as your host.
Behind the building on the ground level, there is a backyard that offers a patio area with a fire pit, outdoor dining furniture and a native pollinator wildflower patch. This space is also shared with the guests at Studio B and your host.

This property is outstanding and I highly recommend it. The host could not be nicer. The unit is like staying at a luxury resort and we didn't want to leave. It is very conveniently located, and yet it has the ambience of a beautiful tree house. We will definitely be back.
LOOK NO MORE! We travel alot and have finally found ‘the spot’. So much attention to detail. Nothing was overlooked. I only sleep two hours a night and I slept the entire night!!! From the comfortable mattress to the feel of the bed linens was remarkable. I sat on the balcony and read until time for our venue. So easy to get to everything and Wyatt even has the best detailed book on local things to do. The cleanliness was impeccable. Hands down the best place we have stayed in Cincy.
Beautiful penthouse apartment and great, quick communication by host (Wyatt). We arrived late after a long drive and the place was incredibly pleasant to enter, decoration and vibe felt like a spa – perfect for that and any other moment. Great amenities, good shower (we didn't use the bath), nice indoor and outdoor seating with a view on Cincinnati across the river.Wyatt was quick in communicating all the time and he allowed us to have a slightly later check-out. A binder gave us information about the host, the new building, nearby coffee shops, specific neighborhoods worth visiting, etc. A very pleasant stay and it made us think we should visit again, but longer and explore more instead of just a comfortable stay on our way home.
