Enter the building through a secure, controlled access lobby, and ascend one flight of steps to reach the second floor loft. Only your loft and one other on this side of the building means you’ll enjoy privacy and quiet, while being in the heart of all things fun in downtown Cincy.

Inside, guests find a serene space featuring a full living and dining space, including a desk for easy work from home, a smart tv in the living and bedroom, full kitchen with all necessary items to cook meals, a private bedroom with a cozy queen bed and a comfortable sofa bed in the living room.

The bathroom offers a soothing shower experience with high end toiletries, complemented by thoughtful touches like a hair dryer and straightener. Climate control keeps the apartment comfortable with heating and AC.

Coffee, tea and snacks are provided, along with dish and laundry pods, makeup remover, paper towels, trash bags and all necessary linens and towels.

Parking for one standard vehicle is provided at no charge during your stay. Parking is in a secure parking garage found 1.5 blocks away.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items and remove leftover food and drinks
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
As you leave, set the NEST thermostat to 78F in summer and 64F in winter
Once you have removed your car from the parking garage, please return the parking pass to the glass bowl next to the tv in the living room. Door codes change 15 minutes after your check out time.
Do not remove sheets or blankets. Gather all trash to the loft trash cans. Remove all food and drink that was not present upon arrival.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Please remove your shoes when entering the loft. Be respectful of neighbors and control noise levels. No smoking/vaping inside loft or common areas.
Do not water plants or move furniture. Do not use the fire escape except in case of emergency.
