The location was great. Beaches restaurants and shopping nearby.Unfortunately the yard was in need of a haircut and cleaning of debris to be pet friendly. Upon opening the door and walking in the floors in every room sagged extremely along with a musty smell. Sleeps up to four but only seats 2 in the living room and 3 in the kitchen. Front door had paper held up by magnets for curtains.It needs some TLC!
