About this property

Spacious studio for 1-3 people. with balcony, swimming pool and sauna, Davos-Dorf

The apartment is on the 4th Floor of an apartment building with elevator.
There is a flat-screen TV with many digital channels and a radio with CD player, and of course free WiFi!

The house has its own indoor pool (12.5mx 6m) with sauna and relaxation room (the swimming pool and sauna area is closed in the off-season, from around the end of October to the end of November and one week after Easter to the beginning of June). The anteroom was completely redesigned in 2017: new changing area, 4 new shower cubicles etc. There is a large leisure room in the house with 2 table tennis tables, ski room and ski boot room (heated), bicycle storage, parking space in the underground garage (height: 1.95 m, track width of the parking rail: 1.84 m), for larger cars: outdoor parking spaces (cannot to be reserved in advance), top location: near Parsennbahn and Dorf train station, approx. 100m to the free bus in all directions, 5-8 minutes to the cross-country ski run, children's ski school and sledge slope, shopping facilities can be reached on foot in a few minutes, pets allowed.

Davos conference stay

The property was very easy to access from Davos Dorf station and was in a beautiful location. Easy access to Davos See and the surrounding mountains was fantastic. The shops were a very easy walk away as well. All the facilities were clean and functional. Overall, very stress free, the neighbours were incredibly friendly, and the location was perfect for me.

I have so many reasons to rate my experience 5 star, From the amazing caring and responsive host, In the most beautiful neighborhood in Davos you literal feel part of the mountains, close to the lake and not far from the center, Accommodated in a well maintained and equipped building, Spacious lovely apartment with very comfortable beds with everything you need, the balcony is in perfect position facing the incredible view, Our week in Davos will make us come back many more weeks.

Die Wohnung liegt sehr angenehm nicht direkt im Dorf aber mit toller Aussicht und hervorragender Verkehrsanbindung sowohl mit Bus als auch Bahnhof. Toll ist das Schwimmbad und die Sauna mit Erlebnisdusche. Zusaetzlich gibt es einen Ski-und Wachsraum und ein Spielzimmer mit Tischtennisplatte.Die Wohnung ist geraeumig und hervorragend eingerichtet. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt rundherum genossen und die Gastgeberin war auch sehr nett. Als Bonus durften wir sie noch persoenlich kennenlernen. Wir kommen gerne wieder

Sehr empfehlenswert!

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt im gemütlichen Studio sehr genossen. Insbesondere das Schlafsofa und die Sessel sind äusserst bequem und laden zum Verweilen ein. Das Schwimmbad und den Tischtennisraum haben wir rege genutzt. Die Unterkunft befindet sich sehr nahe am Bahnhof und die Parsennbahn ist in ca. 7. Min zu Fuss erreichbar. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Wunderbarer Aufenthalt

Wir haben uns in dieser Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung ist sehr praktisch eingerichtet mit vielen Details, die einem den Aufenthalt erleichtern, wie z.B. viele Haken, gut ausgestatte Küche, Spiele etc. Sehr genossen haben wir auch nach dem Skifahren das Schwimmbad und die Sauna zu benutzen. Der Kontakt mit Andrea Bruchmann war toll und persönlich und sie hat alles versucht, um unsere Bedürfnisse zu erfüllen. Dass die Wohnung Richtung Haupstrasse ausgerichtet ist, stört im Winter nicht. Wir werden sehr gern, wieder diese Wohnung buchen.

Très bon séjour dans un appartement bien équipé et bien situé pour passer d'agréables vacances. Les transports sont très appréciables et pratiques pour les déplacements sans la voiture. Les tapis sont très beaux, mais attention pour les personnes allergiques et asthmatiques. Je recommande cet appartement.

Sehr schöne und gepflegte Unterkunft

Gleich beim Eintreten fühlten wir uns in der sehr gepflegten und geschmackvollen Wohnung wohl. Auf dem Balkon konnten wir am Ende eines Wandertages noch die Abendsonne genießen. Auch an Regentagen bot die Wohnung durch ihre gute Ausstattung genügend Raum und Möglichkeiten für einen schönen Urlaubstag.

Das Studio ist zweckmässig eingerichtet. Für 4 Personen ausreichend. Die Küche hat alles was man braucht; inkl. einem kleinen Geschirrspüler!

Absolut zu empfehlen!

Wir waren nun eine Woche in Davos. Die Lage der Wohnung ist super. Gleich nebenan ist die Bushaltrstelle, 5 Gehminuten liegt der Davoser See, ca. 15 Gehminuten entfernt ist der Adventurepark und auch der Bahnhof ist in 5 Minuten zu erreichen. Die Wohnung selbst ist klein aber absolut toll geschnitten und hat alles was sie braucht. Die liebe Frau Bruchmann, die Vermieterin, stand uns vor und während unseres Aufenthaltes per Mail zur Verfügung. Auch die Wohnungsübergabe mit Herr Jakovljev war sehr zuverlässig.

Wohnung in bester zentraler Lage

Einziger kleiner Negativpunkt ist, dass auf den Fotos zwei verschiedene Wohnungen zu sehen sind. Die Küche besitzt keinen Dampfabzug, dafür ist sie hervorragend ausgestattet.

Lädt zu erholsamem Winterurlaub ein ...

Großzügiges 1,5 Zimmer Appartement, großer Wohn-Schlafraum, ausreichend Stauraum - für 2 Personen ideal. Gut ausgestattete Küche (Gschirr, Töpfe, Zubehör) mit separatem Fenster. Bad ebenfalls gut funktionell mit ebenfalls Fenster. Lage nach Westen, damit Sonne im Winter ab 15.00. Modernes TV und DVD-Player, WLAN problemlos. Im Haus schönes 15 m Schwimmbar und kleine, aber ganz neue Sauna (ab 15.00 geöffnet). Parkgarage für kleine und mittlere PKW, Außenparkplatz für SUV etc. In 10 min ist man bei der Parsennbahn und auf der Loipe. Geschäfte in Laufdistanz. Kleiner Wermutstropfen - Fenster zur Hauptzufahrtsstraße von Davos - was aber im Winter bei gutem Schallschutz kein Problem ist.

Tolle Wohnung!

Wir waren nur einige Tage zu einem Kongress in Davos. In dieser Wohnung haben wir uns sehr wohlgefühlt: Sie ist gemütlich, sehr hübsch eingerichtet, alles ist vorhanden, Wifi ohne Probleme, Schlüsselübergabe perfekt... Gepflegtes Appartement mit guter Ausstattung!

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen! Vom netten Kontakt zur Vermieterin zur sehr gut ausgestatteten Wohnung (schnelles WLAN, Küchenutensilien, DVDs, uvm) hat hier alles gepasst. Besonders gefallen haben uns auch der sonnige Balkon und der Schwimmbadbereich!
