Very clean, the backyard was perfect for us. Easy to play basketball, pickleball and pool volleyball. Great location and very nice house!

This property was one of the best my family and I have stayed at. Kelly did an amazing job making sure the guest have everything needed, down to small details, like remote holders on the wall, everything was labeled, extra blankets and pillows, wagon for the beach, tons of beach and pool towels, etc. my family had a blast with the outdoor entertainment in the back yard as well. Kelly was also very friendly, easy to communicate with and very responsive. If I had any complaints at all, it would be that the pool probably needs to be covered at night. It was very dirty upon arrival and each morning there were tons of debris, bugs and frogs in it. We skimmed the pool everyday multiple times per day. I’m sure it’s expected because it’s Florida, but it may be a good idea to invest in a cover. The pool was very warm also, which wasn’t refreshing after being in the heat playing pickleball. Also, treating the backyard for mosquitoes may be a good idea as well. It was hard to enjoy the backyard in the evening because of the mosquitoes. Lastly, some sort of 110 or 220 outlet by the driveway for EV cars would be great. We brought our portable charger but could not use it and the closest charger for us was in Ellenton. These complaints would not keep me from returning to this property. Overall we really enjoyed our stay and Kelly is the best host we’ve worked with. These are just suggestions that could make it even better. - Kaci Ngov
