The “Alter Strom” holiday apartment (maisonette), located in the attic, is approximately 81 square metres in size and features a bright living room with a couch (satellite TV/radio/DVD, free Wi-Fi), a kitchen, a bedroom with a double bed, a second bedroom with two single beds, an open loft with a double bed (1.40 m wide), a new, spacious shower room with a hair dryer, and a guest bathroom. There is a sunny balcony off the living room. Please note the relatively steep staircase leading to the 2nd floor.
The Landhaus Immenbarg has an lift that provides barrier-free access to the holiday apartment.
We kindly ask that you do not smoke inside the apartment.

The apartment’s initial amenities include one linen package per person,
(included in the final invoice price: bed linens, towels, tea towels, and a shower mat).

For guests at the “Alten Strom,” there are 2 private, free parking spaces available right next to the house, as well as a lockable bicycle storage area.

A washing machine and dryer (for a fee, coin-operated) are available in an outbuilding.

At “Landhaus Immenbarg,” pet owners are welcome to bring their pets (maximum of 1 dog). Dogs must be kept on a leash inside the house and on the property. An additional final cleaning fee will be charged for bookings with a dog.

Bicycle rentals and a horseback riding facility are located nearby. Via the well-maintained bike and hiking trails, you can easily reach the Warnemünde golf course, the wide Baltic Sea beach, and city centre Warnemünde.

People with severe disabilities 50% or more: 1.45 €/day
Children ages 6–14: 1.45 €/day
Exempt from visitor’s tax: Severely disabled persons (80% or more), accompanying persons (only if the severely disabled person 100% and registered in the guest register
