Top Lage in der Natur, toller Ausblick

Wir haben uns in der Wohnung Alter Strom am Immenbarg wohlgefühlt. Sie liegt ruhig, ist hell und man hat eine tolle Aussicht, u. a. auf die Kreuzfahrtschiffe, den Teepott, das Neptunhotel, die Werft, das Riesenrad, die Kleingärten. Auch das neue Badezimmer ist sehr schön und uns hat gefallen, dass es noch ein zweites WC gibt. Ebenfalls sind Couch und Sessel sehr bequem. PKW-Stellplatz direkt am Haus. Was wir negativ anmerken möchten ist die Sauberkeit: es lagen tote Fliegen in der Lampe, das Geschirr mussten wir zum Teil nachspülen, überall Spinnenweben. Bei einer derart hohen Reinigungspauschale erwarten wir dann tatsächlich auch eine saubere Wohnung. Eine Herdplatte funktioniert nicht (vorne rechts), ebenso das Deckenlicht im Schlafzimmer unten. Die Küchenausstattung ist sehr dürftig und zusammengewürfelt. Hier kann man für kleines Geld bei Ikea sicherlich für Abhilfe sorgen. Des Weiteren ist das Internet schlecht. Wir hatten kaum W-Lan. Und wir verstehen auch nicht, dass Wert auf Mülltrennung gelegt wird (kennen wir ja von zu Hause auch so), es aber nur einen Mülleimer gibt. Wie passt das zusammen? Wo sollte der restliche Müll entsorgt werden? Das haben wir nicht verstanden. Hier ist also noch Luft nach oben. Grundsätzlich würden wir die Wohnung wieder buchen, wenn die Kritikpunkte bearbeitet wurden.

Das war meine Schlechteste Unterkunft die je hatte!

Hallo, unser Aufenthalt in dem Ferienort Warnemünde war Hervorragend. Die Menschen, das Essen, und alle weiteren Sehenswürdigkeiten rund um Warnemünde, Rostock sind Definitiv eine Reise wert! So jetzt kommen wir zu unserer Unterkunft. Unsere Reiseagentur „Die Warnemünder“ waren sehr nett und die Kommunikation war verständlich. Leider war es das auch schon mit den Positiven Sachen über die Warnemünder. Was ich damit sagen möchte ist, dass unsere Unterkunft das Geld nicht wert war und ich auch solche Zustände selten gesehen habe. Unsere Ferienwohnung „alter Strom“ war dreckig und mit Spinnweben behangen in den Ecken!!! Die Einzelnen Zimmer wurden nur zum Teil gesaugt und die Bettwäsche weist Löcher auf. Über das Dekor der Bettwäsche möchte ich nicht näher eingehen, außer dass meine Oma in den 80er auch so eine Bettwäsche hatte! Aber naja über Geschmack lässt sich ja schließlich Streiten. Die Matratzen in dem Zimmer wo das Doppelbett stand waren komplett durch gelegen und sollten dem Sperrmüll zugeführt werden. Ich möchte auch noch mal kurz auf die Treppe die sich im Wohnzimmer befindet, die zur oberen Etage führte eingehen. Meine Frau Mama sollte eigentlich da oben Schlafen. Da sie sich aber die Steile Treppe nicht hoch traute musste sie leider eine Woche auf dem Sofa Übernachten. Was übrigens auch mit Krümeln unter dem Sitzkissen übersäht war. Zusätzlich hat die Treppe gerade mal eine Breite von ca. 50 cm aufzuweisen und für sehr Schlanke Menschen mag das wohl gehen, abe

Bewertung Urlaub Warnemünde

Der Aufenthalt, in der Ferienwohnung war sehr schön und erholsam. Es gibt nicht viel zu bemängeln außer, die fehlenden Fernsehprogramme und die teilweise abgelebte Wohnung sie Wände und die Couch. Die Schlüsselübergabe per safe macht es sehr einfach und in Zeiten von Corona sicherer. Wir können es an jeden weiterempfehlen und würden jederzeit wieder kommen. Weiter so 👍👍
