In the heart of Warnemünde, just a few minutes’ walk from the beach and the Alter Strom, the “Alexandrine” holiday apartment is available to guests on the mezzanine level on Alexandrinenstraße. Shopping options are nearby, and the beach is about 300 m away.
Our quietly located “Alexandrine” holiday apartment is approximately 52 square metres in size and features a living room, two bedrooms with double beds, a small shower room (approximately 80 cm wide) with a hair dryer, a kitchen, and a small closet. The kitchen is equipped with a built-in kitchen unit, including a dishwasher, refrigerator, coffee maker, toaster, and electric kettle, as well as an extendable dining table. The apartment is fully carpeted. In the living room, you’ll find cable TV, a radio, a CD player, a Blu-ray player, and free Wi-Fi.

The holiday rental is for non-smokers only and offers enough space for 4 people. Pets are not allowed. You can relax in the small courtyard and store your bicycles there.

The apartment’s initial amenities include a linen package per person,
(included in the final invoice price: bed linens, towels, tea towels, shower mat).

The building is located in a pedestrian zone.

A free parking space (No. 13) is available just a few steps away in the underground car park/Möwenblickpassage at Alexandrinenstr. 114, on the corner of the fourth cross street. Please note that the maximum height in the underground garage is 1.80 m.

A bakery, weekly market, pharmacy, supermarket, restaurants, post office, bike rental, Alter Strom, etc.—all right around the corner.
