You’ll find everything you need for your holiday right nearby: numerous cafés, restaurants, shopping options, and recreational activities. It’s just under 400 metres to the beautiful, wide sandy beach.

Your suite is located in a complex in the heart of Warnemünde. You’ll enter your suite via the furnished and covered TERRACE in the quiet inner courtyard.

The large and cosy LIVING AREA, featuring a corner sofa and side table, invites you to enjoy cosy evenings in front of the flat-screen TV. The underfloor heating ensures a comfortable climate even during the cooler months.
Right next door is the DINING AREA with a round table and 4 chairs for shared meals.

—oven, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer compartment, ceramic cooktop, coffee maker, electric kettle, and toaster, as well as many other cooking utensils

Two BEDROOMS
- Bedroom I with a double bed (180x200 cm) and a wardrobe
- Bedroom II with a French bed (160x200 cm) and a wardrobe

BATHROOM with natural light, featuring a walk-in shower and a towel warmer. The vanity with its shell-shaped sink perfectly complements the beach-inspired look of the bathroom.

To ensure you can start your holiday feeling relaxed, your host has made the beds and laid out towels. You’ll be personally welcomed upon arrival.

You can park your car for 12 euros per day either in the car park at Molenfeuer (1 km) or the garage on Weidenweg (1 km). The garage provides a free bicycle so you can quickly return to the accommodation. Bicycles can be parked in the courtyard (not covered). Please note that parking in public lots is very limited and expensive!

Nahe am Strand mit barrierefreien Zugang bis Nähe zur Wasserlinie, Kurpark, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Bushaltestelle und Kirche. Komplett barrierefrei. Leute, die auf Mobilitätshilfen angewiesen sind, sollten aber wissen, daß sehr großkopfiges Kopfsteinpflaster überwunden werden muss, um sie zu erreichen. Die Heizung geht manchmal sehr gut, manchmal schwächelt sie etwas. Wir werden bestimmt wiederkommen.

Eine sehr schöne gemütliche und gut ausgestattete Ferienwohnung, bestens gelegen, ruhige Nebenstraße. Man ist höchstens in 5 Minuten am Strand und in der Innenstadt mit dem Ausflug Schiffen. Einkaufsmöglichkeit ist auch gleich um die Ecke.
