With 4 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, a one-car garage, and a private balcony, our townhome provides a total of 1,710 sq. ft. of living space. You'll have plenty of room to relax, unwind, and make lasting memories during your stay.
FIRST FLOOR: (with a Portable A/C) - One bedroom with a full size bed, overlooking the lovely front patio - A convenient one-car garage, ensuring secure parking for your vehicle.
SECOND FLOOR: -Two comfortable guest bedrooms, each furnished with a queen bed. These bedrooms share a well-appointed full bathroom. In one of the bedrooms, you'll also find a dedicated workspace featuring a chair and a standing desk, providing a convenient area for work or study during your stay. - In-unit washer & dryer
THIRD FLOOR:(with a Portable A/C) - Indulge in the cozy ambiance of the living room, complete with a charming decorative fireplace and oversized windows that offer captivating views of the city skyline and majestic mountains. Attention: Fireplace for decoration only. Please do not turn it on。 - Kitchen (stocked with kitchen appliances, cookware, silverware, serving ware, spices, coffee maker and more!). - Dining room with an extendable table that comfortably seats up to 8 guests. - A convenient half bathroom
FOURTH FLOOR: (with a mini split A/C) -Loft-style spacious master suite featuring a comfortable California King Bed, a lavish 5-piece bath, and a walk-in closet. The dedicated workspace is perfect for remote work, while the private balcony offers breathtaking city and Olympic Mountains views.

Guest access Guests will have the entire home with private entrance via smart door lock.
FREE garage parking for One Vehicle ( Regular Sized Sedan or Small to Medium Sized SUV). For security purposes, a garage door remote will not be provided. Guests can operate the garage door using the wall-mounted control inside the garage.
One free overnight street parking permit is available if needed.
