This charming & thoughtfully appointed Craftsman house is newly renovated and is a perfect base for your Seattle adventures. Beautifully furnished with central AC, the house is one block away from the Roosevelt Light Rail station (skip traffic & parking for FIFA & games at stadiums) with so many walkable amenities, delicious restaurants, Whole Foods, and Green Lake. This house is so close to the city but still gives you the space to relax on your visit to Seattle.
THE SPACE
The whole house, including the front and back yards, is all yours to enjoy. Peruse the beauty of Washington on the canvasses throughout the house — pictures all taken by the hosts & meticulously detailed for your stay.
The fully equipped Kitchen includes all you'll need to cook up a gourmet meal or to enjoy many of the local restaurants nearby. The kitchen includes stainless steel appliances, toaster, coffeemaker, air fryer, and many essentials and extras to make your stay easy. There is also a large peninsula island to spread out around.
The hardwood dining table in the Dining Room easily accommodates 6 people, with space on the peninsula island to accommodate even more people. There is a portable booster seat available in the pantry for your use.
The Upstairs (smaller) Living Room features a comfortable couch with a long chaise, recliner chair, and 50" 4K HDR ChromeCast streaming TV. Enjoy the skyline and Mount Rainier through the picture windows in the living room.
The Downstairs (bigger) Living Room has a huge sectional couch to lounge and enjoy the 65" 4K HDR ChromeCast streaming TV. Enjoy board games, books, and other amenities in the comfortable living space.
The Main Bedroom includes a comfortable King bed, a large work-from-home desk with ergonomic office chair, Ensuite Bathroom (described below), and a closet.
The Ensuite Bathroom is beautifully appointed with a double vanity and large shower with a shower head and wand.
The Second and Third Bedrooms also include comfortable King beds, and the Fourth Bedroom includes a Full+Twin bunk bed with a Pack-n-Play.
The Second Bathroom is extremely spacious, has a bathtub with a shower head and wand, and is also beautifully appointed with ceramic tiles and accent wall.
The Third Bathroom also includes a double vanity and large shower with shower head and wand.
The separate Laundry Room is right off the Third Bathroom.
All 3 King Beds have luxury 14" memory foam mattresses with hypoallergenic pillows and lush cotton sheets. The bunk beds have memory foam mattresses with down pillows and lush cotton sheets.
The fully enclosed Back Yard boasts an oversized wood deck for your relaxation and entertainment. There is a large gas fire pit, stainless steel grill, and outdoor seating for you to enjoy.
The Back Yard wraps around to the Front Yard (both yards combined are fully enclosed), which has Adirondack chairs for you to cozy up on. There is also green space in the Front Yard for your pets — please remember to clean up after them.
Street parking in front of the house is free and readily available. Two parking passes will be provided for Monday-Friday 7am-7pm Seattle Restricted Parking Zone.

Very clean and convenient! Super comfortable for a big group, with a nice kitchen and bedrooms. The proximity to the light rail is perfect for sightseeing!
This was a perfect place for our family. The upstairs was spacious and comfortable. Everyone said the beds were super comfortable. The downstairs entertainment area was terrific too. I enjoyed cooking in the well-equipped kitchen.
The VRBO was wonderful! Clean, bright, quiet and well located near public transport and shops.Well supplied with dishes and silver, everything needed for meal prep. Comfy beds and seating. Ample hangers and storage space. Best place we've stayed!
We very much enjoyed this beautifully renovated, easy to use property during our short stay in Seattle. Cupboards stocked nicely with dishes, comfortable beds, quiet neighborhood. Back patio with gas fire pit was very nice! Access to light rail, coffee, restaurants and grocery can’t be beat!

Great location. Close to tons of things, restaurants, grocery stores, train station. Parking weekend nights and weekday mornings can be a bit tricky with things like High School overflow.
The home was well taken care of and very clean. It is located 1 block from the light rail which made it extremely convenient to travel around. With 4 bedrooms and 3 full baths this was a perfect space for a large group. A really nice outdoor space as well. Highly recommend!!

We were a group of 8 staying the week of Thanksgiving 2025. This is a super convenient location and the property is outstanding. The upstairs space with a wonderful kitchen, smaller living room, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms was perfect for cooking and serving a full thanksgiving dinner. The downstairs space with a large living room, 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom was a perfect space for watching football games. Our adult children and teens found this space especially comfortable for playing card games once the adults retired for the evening. We also really enjoyed the outdoor space with the fire pit, it was perfect for relaxing after long days of activities. I can’t recommend this place enough.
Very neat and clean. Property was comfortable for our family of six. Extremely close to subway which we used a lot. Wouldn’t hesitate to use again if we returned to the area!
The house has served us all very well. Clean and has everything we needed during our 10+ nights stay. The location of this house couldn’t get any better. Public transportation is within blocks so are the food stores and restaurants! We will be back in near future. Awesome place to live.
The house was absolutely perfect for our family of 6 adults and 3 children. Everyone thanked me for finding the perfect house. Being so close to the rail line and grocery stores was a bonus. The house was so clean when we arrived. It came with a good bit of supplies for bathrooms and kitchen. We found parking everyday. You can see Mt. Rainer from one seat in the living room. You will not be disappointed renting this home.
We were in Seattle for just 2 nights. There were 9 in our party so decided to try a VRBO rather than a hotel for all of us. This was the perfect place. Centrally located to where we needed to be, very clean, nicely updated throughout, plenty of towels, plenty of room for all of us. Shampoo, conditioner and body wash were provided in each bathroom. And we were able to rent it for just 2 nights!
The property is set up well for our two children and my wife and me. The kitchen was set up well for cooking and we used it every day for the whole time we stayed there. The living room was visible from the kitchen, so it was easy to keep an eye on the kids. The location was also great. We were very close to Whole Foods so we could swing over for groceries. We also took the light rail to a few places which the kids loved.
We enjoyed our stay at this clean renovated home one block from the Lite Rail!
Three of the rooms have King beds, and the bunk room accommodates 3.
The patio in the back is private and the fir feature made for a nice retreat after being out in the City at a football game, restaurant dinners and a hockey game!
Would love to stay here again when coming down with family and friends for sporting events or concerts.
Parking is a bit of a challenge for more than two cars, but very manageable over a weekend.

This is a fabulous location, one block from the rail. There are plenty of shops, restaurants, and pubs nearby.
We want you to know that the fan in the master bathroom quit the first day and some of the lights were flickering in the downstairs bathroom so we unscrewed them so they did not continuously flicker. Otherwise, you guys were very easy to work with and I would totally rent from here again.

We are actually Seattle residents who needed a rental for a few months while renovating, and this house worked perfectly for our needs. The housing market in Seattle - even for vacation rentals - is still very tight, so to find a house like this that is clean, very well appointed, allows pets, and is located in the city with great transportation options is tough. Hosts Andrew and Pat are great to work with and very responsive. This will definitely be our go-to for overflow out-of-town guests. Book early - it is popular, especially in the summer and fall!
This home was perfect for 3 couples with each couple having their own bedroom with comfortable king bed & their own bathroom. We did not need the 4th bedroom, but it was well appointed, especially for children. We appreciated the small den area on the lower level, which is adjacent to 2 bedrooms, a bathroom & laundry room with double washer/dryer units. Everything we needed was provided, including bathroom, laundry, & kitchen amenities. The rail system, restaurants, & grocery stores were all within walking distance. Parking spots were out front next to the high school, but we did have trouble finding an available spot when we first arrived over the Labor Day holiday weekend. We decided to drive to dinner after unloading our luggage & finally found a spot when we returned. We had very little trouble finding an available spot after that. We could not have been happier with this lovely home.
