WHAT MAKES THE OVERLOOK DIFFERENT
✦ Fresh comforters, every stay. Not refreshed — fully replaced and laundered. Because your family deserves hotel-standard hygiene in the mountains.
☕ Coffee bar stocked for your entire stay. Coffee, tea, hot chocolate — included, not an upsell. Your first morning starts exactly right.
🔥 Hot tub pre-set to 104°F on arrival. You won't wait an hour to use your own hot tub.
🛁 Whirlpool tub in Bedroom 2. Most cabins don't have this. Perfect for unwinding after a long day on the trails.
👶 Baby and toddler ready — actually. Retractable gates at every stair level, Pack & Play, high chair, foam play mats. Parents at The Overlook actually relax.
🐾 Dog-friendly done right. Built-in dog crates in the game room entertainment center. Outdoor space to roam. Bring everyone.
🏆 The game room has ended friendships. Air hockey and foosball tournaments are basically mandatory. You've been warned.
🌊 Resort pool opens May 1st — free for all guests. Book your summer stay and enjoy complimentary access to the resort pool all season long.
📱 Owner-managed, always. Alison responds within the hour. 100% response rate. Real people, real accountability.

THE ARRIVAL MOMENT

THE SPACE — THREE LEVELS, THREE DECKS

Upper Level — Rest, Privacy, and a Little Magic
King suite with smart TV, whirlpool bath and private rocking chair deck. And just above? The kids' secret loft — teepee, pretend campfire. Little ones disappear up there. Parents love it for obvious reasons.

Lower Level — Games, Bunks, and the Hot Tub

Really enjoyed our stay in this wonderful cabin. Plenty of room with multi families. View alone is worth everything. Communication was definitely a plus too. Definitely want to come back in the future.
