Welcome to The Hideout! - A cozy, carriage house private 1-bedroom apartment nestled in the heart of St. Augustine's vibrant Lincolnville neighborhood.
This modern, self-contained unit (built in 2018), second-floor apartment offers approximately 550 sq ft of comfortable living space, perfect for couples or solo travelers seeking a peaceful retreat with easy access to everything the Old City has to offer.
Step inside to an open living area featuring a plush sectional sofa, smart TV, and plenty of natural light. The well-equipped kitchenette includes essentials for light meals, while the bedroom boasts a comfy queen bed with fresh linens. Relax in the modern bathroom with a spacious walk-in shower.
Enjoy a private entrance with a private porch for you to enjoy morning coffee or a late afternoon beverage.
Additionally, you will find off-street parking, a nice perk in this walkable area.

We are conveniently located in the historic Lincolnville neighborhood, founded in 1866, and subsequently named for President Abraham Lincoln. Listed on the National Register of Historic Places, it preserves many historic sites and homes along the ACCORD Freedom Trail.
You will find several popular restaurants within a 5 to 7-minute walk, including the St. Augustine Fish Camp, The Ice-Plant Bar & Restaurant, The St. Augustine Distillery, and The Blue Hen Cafe.
Enjoy an approximately 20 to 25 minute leisurely walk through quiet neighborhood streets to the St. Augustine Historic district, where you will find countless dining options, shops, art museums, historic buildings, and the beautiful campus of Flagler College.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please clean up all pet waste. Failure to do so will incur an additional $100 fee.
Check-out time is 10am. Late departures without prior approval may incur a $100/hr additional fee to allow time for cleaning and preparation.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
