The house is very cute and quaint. It has updated appliances and fixtures, although neighborhood is older. There appears to be several homes that have been updated in the area. The home is very spacious but still feels cozy. The bedroom downstairs is large and the master bathroom was my favorite amenity. The only downside was the upstairs took almost two days to cool off due to fewer vents. We had to keep thermostat on 67 to ensure upstairs stayed cool (keep in mind 80-90 degrees outside), which made it freezing downstairs at night. The owner took several hours before responding to our concern but delivered fans the next day to attempt to accommodate our stay. I would suggest setting timer earlier on thermostat to cooler temperature before guest checking.
