Lots of space for everyone to have their own room. Each floor has their own bathroom. Backyard is great to enjoy the summer nights in Denver.

A great location, downtown Arvada is so cute. With three young kids we enjoyed the backyard a lot! There were a few things that needed to be addressed but the host was very responsive and helpful!
