Relax with family and friends in this beautiful, spacious, & unique home while enjoying: a hot tub, outdoor dining area with grill, outdoor fire pit, massive fenced in back yard, 2 indoor fireplaces, 2 full kitchens, 2 washers and dryers, Foosball and ping-pong tables, and more!

Just off the living room, contains a desk for a workable space and the fastest WiFi speed!

FAMILY ROOM (Downstairs)
Enjoy a foosball table and a new/vintage style popcorn maker, perfect for snuggling up on the super comfy sectional to watch your favorite movie on the 55" Smart TV while the wood burning fireplace crackles in the background.

There is a 5 cup coffee maker and a fully functional kitchen however please note all cookware is in upstairs kitchen.

Arvada is a great little town in between Denver and the mountains, right off I-70, so the perfect location if you are wanting to experience both! The neighborhood itself is conveniently located as it is just 7 minutes to Olde Town Arvada, a super fun, walkable area with great restaurants and shops; The Arvada Center where you can see live theater and shows as well as a beautiful golf course are both just around the corner; and Boulder and Red Rocks are about 20 minutes away.

The home boasts 2 fireplaces; great places to cozy up to and watch your favorite movie after a day of exploring in the mountains! You can also soak in the 6-8 person hot tub, a much needed relaxing retreat after hiking or skiing!
