Everything you need is right here. No complaints, accept for the neighbors next door who think it's okay to look inside people's windows, and also don't understand that this neighborhood is for vacationers.. Host is amazing property fully loaded to fulfill all your Florida vacation needs.

This home made driving over 700 miles more than worth it. Everything that we could have imagined that we needed was there for our use. Heim made it known that he was just a phone call away if we needed him. We will return next year for our vacation, and definitely staying in this home again. This was amazing!!

Entspannter Urlaub in sehr schönen Haus

Wir waren im Mai 2010 für 17 Tage in der Villa Ascot. Das Haus ist sehr sauber und wird auch jede Woche von den Gärtnern und dem Poolservice gepflegt. Wir hatten rein garnichts auszusetzen und werden mit Sicherheit bie unserem nächsten USA-Urlaub wieder ein Haus des Anbieters wählen.Der Service vorher über das Einchecken bis zur Abreise war vorbildlich.

Traumurlaub mit super Betreuung

Dieses tolle Haus hatten wir im Sept./Oktober 2009 gemietet. Die Beschreibung des Hauses entsprach voll und ganz dem Angebot und wir waren sehr angenehm auch über die Sauberkeit und den Pflegezustand des Objektes überrascht. Die Betreuung durch den Vermieter und besonders die Einweisung und die Tips von Herrn Schwarz waren ausgezeichnet. Wenn man sich nur ein wenig an die Empfehlungen hält wird es garantiert ein traumhafter Urlaub. Wir werden auf jeden Fall Herrn Rotthaus und Crew weiterempfehlen und kommen bestimmt noch einmal zurück. Alles in allem war es vom Anfang der Kontaktaufnahme bis zum Ende des Urlaubs" die ganz hohe Schule " was Service, Beratung und Hilfe betrifft. Viele Grüße aus Norddeutschland

Das Haus in Ascot/Rose Garden liegt in einer sehr schönen, ruhigen Nachbarschaft. Unsere Erwartungen an Ausstattung und Service wurden voll erfüllt und wir können sowohl das Haus wie auch die Betreuung Lars und Heimo weiterempfehlen. Gerne kommen wir wieder nach Cape Coral.

Sehr gepflegtes geräumiges Haus mit großzügigem Pool in sehr ruhiger Lage. Ausgezeichnete Betreuung im Vorfeld und vor Ort. Sogar Ankunft an Thanksgiving wurde ermöglicht, obwohl das Haus bis morgens noch besetzt war. Wir können das Objekt sehr empfehlen!

Ein tolle Zeit!

Wir waren für 2 Wochen (August-Sept.) im Ascot untergebracht und waren rund um glücklich und zufrieden. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Die Ausstattung war prima und die Lage optimal. Man kann ein solches Objekt nur weiterempfehlen. Vielen Dank auch für den netten Service beim Ein - und Ausschecken.

Erholsame Ferien in Cape Coral

Wir waren mit einem befreundeten Ehepaar für 2 Wochen in dem sehr schön gelegenen Haus "ASCOT" untergebracht und haben eine sehr schöne Zeit gehabt. Neben der guten Ausstattung des Hauses ist uns besonders die gute Betreuung bei der Übergabe positiv aufgefallen. Wenn unsere Zeit es zuläßt, kmmen wir gern einmal wieder nach Cape Coral!!!
