It includes a full laundry room and a non-smoking policy that make it ideal for short or extended stays.

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please place any used throw blankets in the laundry room
Please wash any used large dishes and return them to the cabinets. All other used dishes place in the dishwasher and start it.
Log out of all personal tv subscription apps
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
-Please do not eat, or drink dark beverages in the bedrooms.
-No smoking inside the house. -No smoking on the patios or anywhere on the property surrounding the house.
-Please do not remove items from the rental property. We are a small family owned business and replacements can be costly and challenging for us.

Every thing was excellent. The host was very easy to contact and to work with. The house was very clean and comfortable. We enjoyed our week there very much. The house is in a private road so there is no traffic to speak off.
