A nicely furnished apartment (100m²) on the 1st Upper floor, for 2 to 7 people, in a side street directly at the World Heritage Site Zollverein.

In the spacious living area you will find a modern and large sofa bed, an open and fully equipped kitchen with dining for up to 7 people. There are 3 single beds available in two bedrooms, which can also be combined to form a double bed on request.
The bathroom has a shower, tub and toilet. A guest toilet is also available.
The apartments have underfloor heating on the entire area.
Bed linen, towels and final cleaning are included in the price.
Shops can be found in the immediate vicinity.
Parking is in front of the house.
Easy access to the nearby A42, A40 and A 52 motorways.
