Two nicely furnished apartments (100m² and 100m²), for 2 to 7 people (per apartment), in a side street directly at the Zollverein World Heritage Site.

In the spacious living area you will find a modern and large sofa bed, an open and fully equipped kitchen with dining facilities for up to 7 people per apartment. In four bedrooms there are 3 single beds available, which can also be put together to form a double bed.
The bathrooms have a shower, bath and toilet.
The apartments have underfloor heating on the entire area.
Bed linen, towels and final cleaning are included in the price.
Shops can be found in the immediate vicinity.
Parking is in front of the house.
Easy access to the nearby A42, A40 and A 52 motorways.

Wir waren eine Gruppe von 10Erwachsenen im Alter zwischen 26 und 69 Jahren. Die Beschreibung der Wohnungen stimmte mit der Realität überein. Bis auf Kleinigkeiten (Lampenleiste in der Küchenzeile funktionierte nicht, Abfluss der Dusche war nicht gereinigt) war alles in Ordnung.

Absolut Zufrieden

Der Aufenthalt war Top. Wir sind mit einer Tanzgruppe (10+2 Betreuer) angereist. Tolle Wohnungen, super ausgestattet, wie haben alle sehr gut schlafen können und die Ansprechpartner waren super lieb und hilfsbereit. Alles in allem waren wie definitiv begeistert. Absolut Empfehlenswert!

FeWo in unmittelbarer Nähe der Zeche Zollverein

Die Ferienwohnung ist ein guter Ausgangspunkt um das Ruhrgebiet zu erkunden. Der Bahnhof Zollverein Nord ist in der Nähe. Als Gruppe von Freunden haben wie die große Wohnküche sehr genossen. Die Küchenausstattung war in Ordnung. Einige Teflonpfannen hatten allerdings defekte Beschichtungen. Die Schlafzimmer sind relativ leise, die Matratzen sind in Ordnung, einige Kopfkissen könnten mal gewechselt werden. Die Kommunikation war freundlich und zuverlässig. Das Preis- Leistungsverhältnis war gut. Insgesamt können wir die FeWo empfehlen.

Big apartment!

Plenty of space in this apartment and in includes all the gear etc what you need. Public transport is very close and it's at walking distance from Unesco zollverein. I would definitely recommend this place. Tips are better curtains in de bedrooms and check the fire alarm because it went of 3 times
