We enjoyed our weeks stay. A short ride to beach access and parking close as well. House was great as well. Pool was refreshing after the beach. Would be nice to have the road paved but understand that’s a big cost.

Great location, the house was clean with plenty of space. The pool and the golf cart was a hit. The renters were very attentive and made sure our vacation was rememberable.

Our family had a wonderful stay! The listing was exactly as described. We had a of couple hiccups upon arrival, but the host/property manager got back right away and answered all of our questions. The house was clean and had pretty much everything we needed. Overall it was a great home and we would love to stay again next summer.

ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!! We travel with our 23 year old with Autism and he usually has a hard first day adjusting until we stayed here....the vibe is so chill and calm and everything was perfect. The house itself was a charming cottage-like place and everything was set up nicely. It's much bigger than it seem! The backyard was just perfect with lovely landscape and perfect size pool for end of beach days. We will be staying here a lot!!!

We had an amazing stay! The house was exceptionally clean, the bedrooms were comfortable, and the layout was perfect for our family. The kids absolutely loved the pool; though we had a small hiccup getting it up to the maximum heat, the host was incredibly communicative and got everything squared away for us by the end of the trip.The location is unbeatable—very close to two great beach accesses near Eastern Lake and 30A. Having the golf cart was a huge plus, and parking was easy. We loved being within walking distance to a fantastic fish market, a liquor store, and some of the best seafood restaurants in the area. The back deck was a highlight for relaxing in the evenings. Highly recommend this spot for a convenient and family-friendly beach getaway!

Clean and charming house perfect for our family! Property is beautiful and in a quiet beach-vibe area, yet close to excellent restaurants and beaches. Everything was clean. master bathroom was beautiful. Air conditioning worked well. No surprises. Host was very communicative and responsive. The 6-person golf cart is a great feature. My wife and kids all agreed it was a great house and location. I would definitely recommend this place to friends and family!

Very nice place and a great host! The pool was an amazing addition, the grill was amazing and the house was exactly as described! I would have to say that it was a little snug for my family of 5 BUT that’s only because of our previous visit last year in a bit bigger rental. I highly recommend this place with 10 stars because it’s exactly what was on the listing to a T!! There’s soooo much to do and it’s all in walking distance but the golf cart was definitely worth it for those farther out places. GREAT place to stay at an excellent price, thanks for everything!
