We rented this home due to the proximity of my daughter and needed a place to mainly sleep. Observations: Poison ivy next to walkway leading up to the front door. Stay on concrete walkway. Second, mattresses have springs very close to the surface. They are easily felt by running your hands across the top. Last, there was not any bath wash in the shower area. That said the house was clean enough and communication simple. Even so I will not be staying there again.
