Very convenient location that is a straight to the main downtown. There is a bus that is right outside the door so we used it to get to and from restaurants. Close driving distance to Woodward for snow play. It was a clean and comfortable stay that accommodated our group of 4 adults and 2 kids. The dryer was useful to dry wet clothes from the snow. Parking right outside the door. Overall the stay made our trip really convenient, easy, and enjoyable.

Really great location, close to all attractions and restaurants. Very clean place, and a very responsive host. Beds were super comfortable for a relaxing night after our strenuous hike! Wish we could stay longer. Will come back for winter as this place is very close to ski resort.

Hey Russell, I am so glad you loved the location of this townhome. The bus stop for the tram is right outside the front door making it very convenient to get around even without a car. Excellent review!
Place was all good. Clean, beds were comfy, everything worked well, location was perfect to mountain, neighbors were quiet. Only gaps were limited toiletries, we had to buy toilet paper, and the pots and pans could use an upgrade. Those were minor in the overall scheme but the reasons for not am excellent rating.

Hey Phillip, Great review and feedback. Yes, the townhome is indeed clean and cozy. We do provide a starter kit of all supplies to guests. We have upgraded the pots and pans as well. We hope you come stay with us again!
Easy check-in, good location-walk to ski or ride bus, walk to downtown. The pinned location on VRBO did not seem to be accurate. The unit is at 14th Street and Park Ave, but the pinned location made it seem like it was closer to downtown. More than a 3 minute walk to the town lift--more like 15 minutes.

Hi Peter, it was great hosting you, and great to see you enjoyed your stay.
For the price, very convenient for a ski weekend. 20 minute (slightly uphill) walk to downtown Park City (bars, restaurants, shops). Parking right outside the door made getting in and out easy. No ski storage in the apartment, though, which caused us to have our gear everywhere in the living room.
Beds were very comfortable, and kitchen/bathrooms were nicely updated.
Kitchen is in need of more pans--we had to make scrambled eggs in a wok, and bacon in the oven.
Next time I'll book a place that has a hot tub for post skiing. Overall, this place was priced reasonably and we enjoyed ourselves.

Liked: Check-in, communication
Disliked: Location
Positive: prompt response from host; easy check in, The bus stop is literally right across the complex, 7-11 store ( you will need to buy more soap if you didn’t bring your own) and good ramen noodle restaurant are 5 minutes walk from the complex.Negative: a previous review was about the paper thin wall and limited soap supply in the bathroom. I am confirming their feedback. The wall is extremely thin that I could hear every single word spoken next door. I was tired at night but unable to sleep, I heard very heavy footsteps then shoes with heels, up and down the stairs, and on the floor from people to our left for more than 30 minutes, then loud voices talking at 2 in the morning, not just a few minutes, for one hour, then the woman tripped on the stairs, then the voice of a man saying “ I’m sorry, let me do it for you…” I knew exactly what was going on and every single word said next door. The next night, at 1 AM, people to our right started the washer,. Needless to say, I thought I was about to scream. Both nights, as I was laying awake due to the extreme frustration by the noise from the neighbors, I had to text the host. Fortunately, the neighbor stopped the washer and did not proceed with the dryer. The street noise was another issue, as the complex was very closed to the street. There was actually one small soap bar for the bathroom. Mounting 3 containers for shampoo, conditioner and body soap would be a great improvement.

Nightmare on Park Ave: A Review You NEED to Read Before Booking
Calling this a vacation rental is like calling a rusty tricycle a Ferrari. Picture this: you arrive, excited for a ski trip, only to discover the pinned location is a blatant lie, placing you a 20-minute walk (or a $22 Uber ride) from where you expected to be. But hey, at least you get a microscopic bar of soap - the kind even Scrooge McDuck might scoff at! Prepare to wash your entire body with a sliver, because a shower caddy is apparently a mythical creature in this land. Speaking of showers, the downstairs one is so tiny, a claustrophobic gnome would feel cramped. Soap? Shampoo? They belong on the floor, because any attempt at placing them elsewhere results in your precious soap bar dissolving into oblivion. Did I mention there's also no hand soap upstairs? Because hygiene clearly isn't high on the priority list here.
Now, imagine arriving with your ski gear, ready to hit the slopes. Guess what? There's nowhere to store your equipment! No ski racks, no boot dryers, just a living room transformed into an obstacle course. Forget using the dining table - it's now a shrine to your skis and equipment, rendering comfortable seating for a grand total of 3 people impossible. (Unless you count your skis as guests, which, at this point, wouldn't be surprising.)
But wait, there's more! The walls are thinner than a toddler's coloring book, so enjoy strict 9pm quiet hours while your neighbors serenade you with their, ahem, enthusiastic activities. This wouldn't be so bad if the adver

Hi Tejas, Thank you for your review. We have taken your feedback and addressed some of the items. The home is in the historic downtown district and is a 15 min walk to downtown and 10min walk to Park City Mountain Ski Resort. All the amenities and space is accurately shown in the pictures. We have hosted hundreds of guests who have enjoyed their stays, unfortunately it did not meet your expectations. But, we strive to give our guests an excellent stay. Thank you for staying with us.
