The approximately 90 m² apartment features a living room with a dining area and a wood-burning stove,<br>a bedroom with a double bed and a bedroom with two single beds, a kitchen with<br>a cosy sitting area and equipped with a microwave, coffee maker, egg cooker, electric kettle, dishwasher<br>, and a fridge-freezer. The naturally lit bathroom features a walk-in shower,<br>a toilet, and a washing machine (for a small fee).<br>Satellite TV, Wi-Fi, and parking for cars are also available.<br>In addition, we offer a terrace with a grill area for relaxing in the garden.<br>Pets are not allowed in our holiday rental, and it is a non-smoking<br>apartment.<br><br>Location:<br>The apartment is located in the Börgermoor district and is just a few minutes away from various<br>recreational activities.
