Holiday house right on the lake

The holiday home 'Seeblickperle' is a free-standing, single-storey bungalow with an unobstructed view of the lake, in an exclusive beach location, in the Seiken Park Eiken in Walchum. There is a parking space directly at the house. The delimited lake park is family-friendly, there is no through traffic. The house has cable TV and WiFi, a large living room with an open fitted kitchen (self-catering), a large covered terrace with direct access to the swimming lake and a smaller wind-protected terrace on the back of the house. There is a romantic and maritime flair. The accommodation is recommended for all seasons, the view of the lake is unique. Our holiday home "Seeblickperle" offers a classic Emsland holiday: bike tours for sports enthusiasts and those looking for relaxation are possible in the idyllic landscape; Excursions to the surrounding area are varied and testify to a thirst for adventure (Transrapid).


The Seiken Park Eiken is located in the heart of the Emsland, which offers its guests extensive leisure opportunities on site: indoor pool with sauna, adventure playground, mini golf course, fishing pond, gastronomy with bowling alley. A maritime atmosphere arches over the waterways of the Emsland, the North Sea seems to radiate on the landscape characterized by canals, locks, bascule and drawbridges. With the Meyer shipyard in Papenburg, a meeting with pure luxury is guaranteed, not to forget the little shopping spree through the water-stamped town center. The Schloss Dankern amusement park also offers a lot of adventure and variety, hiking, canoeing, visits to castles, churches, mills and the beautiful fortifications of our nice Dutch neighbors are possible at any time thanks to their close proximity. Feel-good vacation guaranteed - in any wind and weather!

Ein herrlicher Urlaub

Das Haus liegt direkt am See, man kann von der Terrasse über eine Wiese direkt dorthin laufen, was für unseren siebenjährigen Sohn (und den Papa) einfach perfekt war.Der Seepark selbst ist angenehm ruhig, es gab keine laute Partymusik und die Leute (viele wohnen dort ganzjährig) waren sehr nett.Im Park selbst gibt es ein Restaurant, und in Walchum (ca. 5 Minuten mit dem Auto) verschiedene Einkaufsläden.Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen, das Haus war sauber und sehr gepflegt, alle nötigen Utensilien waren wie beschrieben vorhanden.Wir bedanken uns bei Familie Kemper für den schönen Aufenthalt und wünschen alles Gute.

Super und ruhiger Urlaubsort

Vom buchen bis zur Abreise hat alles reibungslos geklappt! Sehr sauberes Haus, sauberes Badezimmer, saubere Küchen Utensilien. Es hat an nichts gefehlt. Sehr sehr nette Nachbarn. Mit dem Auto ist man schnell an den wichtigsten Orten. Ein Ort um einen ruhigen Urlaub zu verbringen um den Alltagstrott zu entfliehen. Würden nochmal hinfahren um das Domizil mal im Sommer zu erleben. Man hat direkten Blick auf dem See des sehr sauber ist.

Klare Weiterempfehlung

Tolles Ferienhaus. Es ist alles vorhanden, was benötigt wird. Die Lage ist perfekt, direkt am Badesee. Sehr gut waren die elektrischen Außenjalousien. Das Haus wurde mit viel Liebe eingerichtet und man hat sich sofort wohl gefühlt. Wir können das Haus sehr weiterempfehlen.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Lage vom Haus ist toll. Man kann direkt vom Wohnzimmer in den Garten und dann in den See. Alles sehr sauber. Der See ist total toll. Das Wasser angenehm und sauber. Die ganze Anlage ist sehr schön angelegt und die Leute sind alle sehr nett. Jeden Morgen wurden wir von einem Hasen besucht und tagsüber von einer Amsel. Ruhe pur und viel Spaß im und um den See für meinen Sohn.

Schade!!!

Nach dem öffnen der Haustür wurde man von einem heißen Luftstrom der Klimaanlage empfangen! Noch dümlicher kann man soetwas nicht Installieren!!!! Einzieger Vorteil: nasse Wäsche wird imHausflur schnell trocken. Das Haus war (und ist immer noch) in einem guten Zustand. Die Inneneinrichtung ist geschmackssache (wie immer) und gewöhnungs bedürftig. Was allerdings gar nicht geht!!!!: Verrostetes und von Essensresten behaftetes Besteck!! Dahingehend war es das schlimmste Haus was wir jemals bezogen haben. Die Lage des Hauses macht tatsächlich nur der See aus! Für knapp 1.000,00 € (in Worten: eintausend) die Woche hätten wir uns etwas anderes vorgestellt. Der Preis einfach unverschämt!!!! Die Komunikation praktisch nicht vorhanden, da man erst auf einen Anrufbeantworter sprechen muß und die Antwort nicht direkt erfolkt, -> vielen Dank bei einem Problem!! Übrigens: Die Klobrille ist auch nicht fest. Mit diesem Haus sind wir somit durch!!!

Sehr geehrter Feriengast, nach Ihrem netten Telefongespräch bin ich etwas überrascht über Ihre Bewertung. Ob der Standort für eine Klimaanlage an dieser Stelle dümmlich ist oder schlau können Sie wohl kaum beurteilen. Immerhin kann ich so über den Winter das ganze Haus bei Bedarf schnell kostengünstig beheizen. Der Preis ist Ortüblich, unser Haus gehört zu den eher günstigen Angeboten in der Umgebung. Der Besteckkasten wurde vor Ihrer Anreise von mir kontrolliert. dabei gab es keine Beanstandungen. Ein Anrufbeantworter ist dafür gemacht, dass man ihn auch bespricht und nicht stündlich mit unbekannter Nummer anruft, ohne eine Nachricht zu hinterlassen. Außerdem haben wir vor Ort eine Kontaktperson, die man bei Problemen ansprechen kann.Dies wurde aber nicht getan.

Heerlijk en relaxt huis. Alle gemakken die je thuis ook hebt.

Fijn vakantie huis met een heerlijk meer voor de deur. De sfeer is ontspannen net als de verhuurders. Het huis heeft wat je nodig hebt met een gezin. 2 kinderstoelen, kinderbed, 2 slaapkamers. Mocht je televisie nodig hebben dan raad ik je als Nederlander aan om een laptop en hdmi kabel mee te nemen, wij waren ok met een dvd speler die er stond. Prijs kwaliteit verhouding is in onze ogen perfect

Schönes Ferienhaus in traumhafter Lage

Wir haben eine tolle Woche mit unseren Kindern in Walchum verbracht. Das Haus liegt traumhaft- direkt von der Terrasse zum/ in den See und die Kinder immer im Blick, wenn man sich auf der Terrassesonnt 🌞, somit war es auch für uns als Eltern absolut erholsam 😊 Das Ferienhaus war sauber und es hat uns an nichts gefehlt 😃. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder 🏖

Toller Urlaub , gerne wieder.

Als wir ankamen, haben wir leider einen unbrauchbaren Kinderstuhl vorgefunden. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter war sehr gut und es konnte schnell eine Lösung gefunden . Ansonsten haben wir den Urlaub dort sehr genossen. Der Blick direkt auf den See ist ein Traum. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Herzlichen Dank!
