Why they chose this property

We love being downtown as well as on the beach. Nothing better than arriving at the ferry and simply walking up the hill to the house, or to the grocery store and all our favorite bars and restaurants, especially with a large group.

With the lighthouse grounds to enjoy, the beach below, along with other hidden beach access points and ocean trails near the house we rarely rent a vehicle.
