Newly renovated end unit, 2 bedroom and 2 bath condo centrally located with central A/C and ceiling fans in each room. Modern kitchen with new appliances, wine fridge, washer/dryer, dishwasher, smart Nest thermostat and ceiling fans in each room. Primary Bedroom has a brand-new king bed mattress and tasteful decor. The open living area has pull out couch and 65" TV w/ soundbar. TVs in both bedrooms with cable, Netflix, etc. Fridge has new Britta water filter and unit is stocked with initial essentials like shampoo, conditioner, hand soap, laundry detergent, dishwasher detergent, coffee/tea, toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, sponge, etc. Community has multiple pools, hot tubs, and BBQs. Includes covered balcony with golf course views and is located within a mile from the beach, a mile from Broadway at the Beach (Shopping/Restaurants/Activities), and just a few miles from the airport and all the main attractions!
