The property is ideal for hunting, stargazing, camping, ATV riding, horseback riding, and much more. It’s 20 minutes to Saguache, 30 minutes to Monte Vista, 45 minutes to Alamosa, and 1 hour 15 minutes to Salida. Wildlife is abundant, including elk, deer, moose, bears, doves, cats, and more.
