A beautiful Key West style home on the water with private pool and spa within minutes to the Vanderbilt Beach. The upstairs has 3 bedroom and 2 full bathrooms with a large family room and dining area. The downstairs has a large game/TV room that also has 1 Queen bed, 1 Full bed and a twin bed to sleep family and friends. Walking distance to Vanderbilt Beach There is an oversize boat dock great area to hang out. (2) kayaks are available. The jet ski lift and boat lift are not for use: Fee to heat pool/spa: daily $65 Message billed fee for heating the pool and spa. Please confirm with host pricing.

The property was exactly as described and perfect for our needs as a family. Location was fabulous. Great for relaxing at the beautiful local beaches and of course shopping in stunning Naples. Facilities at the property were excellent for adults and children, was exceptionally clean and especially loved the abundance of towels for bathrooms and swimming pool/spa. We did take our time locating the pool/spa lights/heating due to arriving later than expected but were eventually able to use successfully. Our only suggestion would be a privacy curtain for persons staying in the lower half of the property. Would definitely recommend this property and would love to stay again in the future.
