About the host
Hosted by Aldo Guzman
Hola and welcome! I was born in Mexico and raised in California’s Central Valley, a blend of cultures that shaped my love for community, hospitality, and beautiful spaces. I began my real estate journey in 2020 after realizing how much joy I found in home design—everything from layout and color to the small details that make a space feel special.
In 2024, I started hosting, and it’s been incredibly rewarding. Opening my home to guests gives me the chance to share the results of years of hard work, creativity, and care. I put a lot of thought into the design and the little touches throughout the home because I want every guest to feel comfortable, welcomed, and inspired.
My goal is simple: to give you a great experience. Whether you’re here to relax, explore, or celebrate, I hope my home adds something memorable to your stay.

Why they chose this property
The home sits in one of my favorite corners of Tahoe—a place that feels peaceful and tucked away, yet still close to everything that makes this area special. Tahoe is a year‑round playground, and that’s exactly why I chose this neighborhood. No matter the season, there’s always something new to enjoy: quiet mornings by the lake, fresh mountain air on a hike, snowy adventures in winter, or simply relaxing under the pines.
What I love most about this spot is the balance it offers. You’re minutes from restaurants, trails, beaches, and all the activities Tahoe is known for, but the neighborhood itself stays calm and private. It’s set back from the busy roads, so you can unwind without the noise or traffic—perfect for anyone looking to relax, recharge, and enjoy the natural beauty around you.
Whether you’re here for outdoor fun or peaceful downtime, this neighborhood gives you the best of both worlds.

What makes this property unique
This home isn’t your typical Tahoe cabin. I designed it with a modern touch—clean lines, thoughtful details, and comfortable spaces that feel fresh and inviting. Instead of the traditional log‑cabin style, the home blends contemporary design with the natural beauty of the area, giving guests a relaxing, elevated experience.
The property sits on a corner lot right next to conservatory land, which means you get an open, spacious feeling that’s hard to find. The surrounding nature creates a sense of privacy and calm, while still keeping you close to everything Tahoe has to offer. Whether you’re enjoying your morning coffee with forest views or unwinding after a day of adventure, the setting makes the stay feel peaceful and special.
Comfort and enjoyment were at the heart of every design choice, and I hope guests feel that the moment they walk in.
