Nestled within colourful, Mediterranean vegetation on the outskirts of the beautiful town of Colònia de Sant Pere, the stunning holiday home “Casa Kyona” boasts a fantastic view of the glistening sea and the mountains. The house, which impresses guests with its dreamlike decor and excellent outdoor area, radiates the perfect holiday atmosphere. The spacious, 3-storey property consists of a living/dining room, a very well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 3 bedrooms as well as 2 bathrooms (1 is en suites) and can therefore accommodate 6 people. There are also 2 additional beds, which can accommodate 2 children. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, air conditioning, a washing machine, a dryer, a wood stove, satellite television as well as many books. Offering a baby cot and a highchair, this house is also suitable for families with young children. Furthermore, the luxury house, which is located on a fenced property and guarantees guests a high degree of privacy, boasts a balcony, 2 private terraces (open and covered), a private garden and a barbecue. Spend warm summer days relaxing in your private pool or lose yourself in a good book on the comfortable sun loungers. An outdoor shower is also available. Tolles Haus mit toller Aussicht

Pros: Das Haus ist so schön privat gelegen und hatte einen wunderschönen Ausblick! Der Pool war super sauber und hat sehr zum Schwimmen oder Plantschen eingeladen. Der Kühlschrank ist mit einem Wasserfilter und Eiswürfelmacher ausgestattet, was einfach ein absolutes Highlight war. Außderdem war der Kontakt zur Gastgeberin sehr angenehm und wir konnten uns jederzeit bei ihr melden. Die Ortschaft mit super leckeren Restaurants ist in wenigen Gehminuten zu erreichen. Shoppingmöglichkeiten gibt es da zwar kaum, wir waren trotzdem fast täglich dort und haben gegessen, das Meer genossen oder sind Lebensmittel einkaufen gegangen. Wir waren 11 Tage da und haben den Urlaub unglaublich genossen. Klare Empfehlung für jeden, der etwas privater Urlaub haben möchte. Mit dem Auto sind nahe Ortschaften auch schnell zu erreichen. Cons: Die Fliesen im Pool sind zum Teil schon abgefallen und könnten eine Erneuerung gebrauchen. Die Duschen brauchen sehr lange zum warm werden (ca. 2 Minuten) und haben einen sehr geringen Wasserdruck.

Pros: La ubicación, apartada de la población, pero a su vez cerca, a menos de 5 minutos del centro en coche. Nosotros queríamos un lugar tranquilo y cumplió las expectativas. Las vistas del mar son estupendas. La piscina, grande y muy bien cuidada. Además está muy bien orientada ya que toca el sol durante gran parte del día. También tiene una buena zona para tomar el sol en las tumbonas. La zona del porche con una mesa amplia era perfecta para las comidas. Cons: En general está todo muy bien, pero siempre se pueden mejorar las cosas. Con ánimo constructivo, yo apuntaría lo siguiente: - Hay 3 habitaciones y dos baños, por lo que dos de las habitaciones comparten baño, y esto nos nos gustó mucho, aunque ya lo sabíamos de antemano. - Tienen una pequeña barbacoa portátil, metálica. Con todo el espacio que hay disponible, estaría bien una barbacoa de obra... - Por último, la decoración de las habitaciones no nos acabó de gustar mucho. Para nuestro gusto la faltaba un aire más moderno.

Wir haben uns wohlgefühlt

Pros: Die Lage ist einfach fantastisch. Ein wunderschöner Meerblick. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Die Schlafzimmer haben ein Klimaanlage. Der Sonnenschirm war kaputt und wurde auf Anfrage hin ausgewechselt. Cons: Leider ist es ums Haus sehr lieblos gestaltet. Die Blumenkübel sind entweder leer oder haben vertrockneten Palmen. Es könnte auch ein 2. Sonnenschirm sehr nützlich sein.
