Cooking nook with dinette, electric cooker induction cooker, exhaust hood, refrigerator (freezer), microwave and washing machine. The dinette offers space for 6 persons. You have access to the terrace.
1st floor: Bedroom with 1 double bed. Bedroom with 2 single beds. Bathroom with shower, 1 washbasin and WC.
In addition, your holiday house is equipped with toys. TV or radio channel can be received only in national language per antenna.

Porto Santa Margherita, 00 m above sea level. The holiday house is located on a 40 sqm enclosed garden plot with lawn, bordered by a hedge. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. Access is via a side road (gravel or crushed stone). Parking (for 1 car) on the property.
