Keyless entry to the home for easy access 📌 Important Notes • Please respect quiet hours • You may encounter wildlife – secure all food and trash • No pets, smoking, or parties – $1,000 fine for rule violations • Due to updated county regulations, firewood is no longer permitted on the property. • Travel insurance is recommended • Security cameras installed at the entrance of the property to ensure safety (none inside the house) • Please be carefull using deck and stairs in winters, they might become slippery. • Please use appropriate footwear anytime you are outside the house. 📦 What’s Provided • Towels, shampoo, soap, paper goods • Fully stocked kitchen: fridge, oven, stove, microwave, coffee maker, kettle and utensils 🔥 Fire Safety Rules (Required by Madera County) To keep everyone safe and follow local fire laws, please review and follow these outdoor fire rules: ✅ Allowed: •Propane only for the fire pit • Use of the bbq grill provided at the property (no personal equipment, please) 🚫 Not Allowed: ❌ No wood-burning fire pits, bonfires, or campfires. ❌ No charcoal grills of any kind. ❌ Guests may not bring their own grills or fire pits. ❌ No cooking or fire devices allowed under trees, umbrellas, decks, or near flammable materials. Guests Safety Our cabin is surrounded by beautiful—but rugged—nature, including steep hills, rocks, and wildlife. We want your family to be safe, so please ensure that children are never left unattended while exploring the grounds. We appreciate your help in making sure your stay is both fun and accident-free! Note on Creek Access: The path to the creek is scenic but steep and unpaved. Please use extra caution and proper footwear when making your way down, and keep a close eye on little ones
