This home was perfectly located in a quiet neighborhood and close to all the activities we wanted to enjoy. Having the open space to walk our dogs and the bike trails just a couple blocks away was AWESOME! The house was fully appointed for our needs and the fully fenced and private back yard/firepit was a big bonus for us and our dogs - they really love the room to romp! The host Carol was VERY responsive when we encountered a plumbing issue and was extremely gracious to work with us to extend our stay. I highly recommend this home as a fantastic "base camp" to stay and play in South Lake Tahoe! We will definitely be back!

We absolutely loved our stay! The cabin was cozy, charming, and tucked away in a peaceful location while still being close to everything we wanted to do. It was the perfect home base for exploring Lake Tahoe. It was like our home away from home - everything we could have needed, we had there. We enjoyed beautiful weather, sunsets at Regan Beach, boating and swimming at Emerald Bay, and the incredible views from Heavenly. Evenings by the fire roasting marshmallows under the stars made the trip especially memorable. We only wish we could have stayed longer. Tahoe was one of the highlights of our California road trip, and we would gladly stay here again.

The place was pretty much what we expected. Great place for kids with games, stuffies, and durable bunk beds. There's a walking trail just down the street which was great for the dog. For a family of four there was more than enough room.

Kathy, Thank you for your feedback. My home has been remodeled, exterior recently painted, and is regularly maintained. As a Tahoe property near a meadow, pine needles can accumulate quickly, especially during busy rental periods. I appreciate your comments and will continue working hard to provide a great guest experience.
