The house was so cozy, clean and comfortable. The hot tub was such a nice bonus feature. Check-in was smooth and Kim is a great host she even put a doggie water bowl out for our girls Definitely recommend staying here!

The property was perfect for my family and I. It was very clean and spacious. We enjoyed the large outdoor deck area and there was plenty of parking space.

Our stay at Kimberly/s place was great. It was relaxing, beautiful and stress free. The location was perfect for our 50th class reunion. The property was everything it was advertised to be. No hiccups at all. We would stay again.

This charming house was very clean and well decorated; comfortable enough for five adults and four children for not only sleeping but also gathering in the living area. Very welcoming space. I’ve stayed in area rentals with little do/don’t signs posted everywhere! Here they left a couple pages of clearly written laminated instructions on the kitchen island, Felt very respectful to guests. Host was very responsive and cheerful. So happy we found this space which only added to a beautiful family gathering back home in Vermont!

Honestly the home was excellent. The hot tub was empty but it was fine. The only complaint I would say would be the water pressure which was very low and the bleach smell on your skin afterwords. Likely a simple fix in the water softener machine. The house was immaculate and so comfy inside. All the pots, containers and kitchen gadgets you could want! The side are with the covered porch and patio set was absolutely adorable. Close to Castleton Universiry which was what we needed. The owners were easy to talk to and helpful is contacted. The owners have priced their nightly rates well but the vrbo taxes and fees are more than the rental fees. Kind of making it an expensive weekend trip. Would highly recommend!!

Thanks for the feedback! Our hot tub is open October-March! The water pressure has been fixed as we need to change the filter. Salt Pellets were added to the water softener.
