We rented the property for a 4-night stay to ride the Hatfield-McCoy trails. We initially thought the price was fair for a 3-bedroom, 2-bath place. It was convenient to access the trails, but not convenient for parking as it was literally right off the highway - our truck & trailer was literally parked directly behind the guardrail. We had to back the truck/trailer off the highway and you had to back in from one direction on a pretty busy highway. That wasn’t super clear in the pics provided - that might be a good update to your pics and description of the property about the parking. If we had multiple vehicles there’s no way it would have worked.For the inside - the stove did not work well and took forever to get anything hot using the burners. The shower in the main bedroom off the kitchen feels like it’s going to fall through the floor. The front door was not very secure and could have easily been broken into, which left us uneasy about leaving our things during the day while riding. The lights were constantly going on/off at night while we were there and it wasn’t because we were using appliances, hair dryers and such. We worried we’d come back and the place along with our stuff would be burned to the ground.
