Family vacation home near the seawall, with a patio and garden

Our family-friendly holiday home can accommodate 4 people plus 1 baby or toddler. You’ll find everything you need to enjoy a carefree and relaxing holiday there. Wi-Fi (high-speed internet/fiber-optic connection) is provided free of charge. <br><br>The fully equipped kitchen features an electric stove with a ceramic cooktop and range hood, as well as a refrigerator with a small freezer compartment, a dishwasher, a microwave, a coffee maker, a kettle, and a toaster. There is an ample supply of dishes, glasses, and cooking and kitchen utensils. Children’s dishes and cutlery are also provided. <br><br>The living/dining area has been freshly renovated and refurnished with a cosy corner sofa, armchair, sideboard, chest of drawers, and flat-screen TV. There is satellite TV, as well as the option to stream content online (some services require your personal login credentials). You’ll also find books and board games for both children and adults. The dining area in the light-filled bay window is furnished with a new table and four comfortable rocking chairs. There’s also a high chair for our younger guests.<br><br>There is a guest bathroom on the ground floor.<br><br>On the upper floor, there are two bedrooms and the bathroom. The staircase to the attic is secured with a swing-door gate. <br><br>The master bedroom has been newly furnished with a double bed, nightstands, a wardrobe, and a chest of drawers. The cot with an integrated changing table is also located here. The windows can be darkened with pleated blinds.<br><br>The second bedroom was refurnished in June 2022 with two single beds, a nightstand, and a wardrobe. Toys, building blocks, and books for our little guests are stored in the wardrobe. In the bay window stands a cosy armchair that invites you to linger. Two bed rails are located on top of the wardrobe. The skylight can be darkened with a thermal blind.<br><br>The bathroom has been recently renovated and is equipped with a shower, a single sink, and a wall-mounted toilet, as well as a hair dryer, washing machine, and clothes dryer. There are also amenities for our little guests. <br><br>The living room opens directly onto the patio and the adjacent fenced-in garden. The patio is covered by a new glass roof. A table and chairs for four people are provided. In the storage shed, you’ll find chair cushions, lounge chairs, a seesaw, some toys, and a new charcoal grill. For our younger guests, there’s a slide and a handcart full of beach toys. Both can be found in the new, separate garden shed. You can also store any bicycles you bring there. <br><br>The lower level has exterior roller shutters. All windows that open have fly screens. <br><br>The mandatory final cleaning fee of €70, as well as the visitor’s tax (based on the length of stay), are due upon arrival and must be paid directly to our property manager in cash. <br><br>You have the option to book towels and bed linens through our property manager for a fee.
