The holiday home has three cosy bedrooms with a total of four beds - two double beds and two sofa beds. With three bathrooms, including two with a shower, one with a bathtub and three toilets, we ensure maximum comfort.



The modern equipped kitchen leaves nothing to be desired. It is completely equipped with refrigerator, freezer, Senseo Pad coffee machine, dishwasher, microwave, crockery, toaster and kettle. Four televisions with German channels provide entertainment.



Outdoor enthusiasts will love the location: Directly at the foot of Silvretta Montafon, only 400 metres from the ski area. Numerous activities such as mountaineering, mountain biking, hiking, skiing and cross-country skiing are possible. A highlight is the beautiful mountain view!



The accommodation offers WiFi, central heating and a safe. Pets are allowed (maximum 3), and youth groups are warmly welcome. A parking space is available, and the surrounding area offers shopping opportunities, restaurants and leisure activities.
