Enjoyed our stay as usual. Had a little issue with the leak in the master bathroom closet but that was it. Overall a good stay. Would stay again.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Unit 4809 located on the 13th floor of Westwinds served as a great vacation spot. The condo location cannot be beat. Ocean front, amazing pool, beach, and location to restaurants and fun. 5stars! The actual 3 bed, 3 bath unit is great. It was clean and spacious. It had a beachy feel with the light blue paint. Decor was very minimal, and it definitely felt like a rental, and not a home. While the unit is perfect for a vacation, it could use a little TLC. I had to text the rental company to fix a bathtub faucet (the water diverted on the tub broke off and couldn't make it a shower). They responded right away and had it fixed within the hour. Great customer service. The microwave above the stove was broken and a small counter microwave was given in it's place. That was ok. The unit could use a spruce up - specifically in the bathrooms - rusty tubs (on the outside), rusty curtain rods, broken wall hooks, and shower head that felt like a firehouse. The beds were comfortable and everyone slept well. I would recommend, and I would stay here again.

Unit has an AMAZING view of the Gulf from the 13th floor. Excellent pool and hot tub area with lots of beautiful flowers and palm trees. Easy access to the beach. Unit is spacious. We had 7 guests. The 3 bathrooms came in handy. Beds were pretty comfy. Sofa bed was comfortable. There are 4 elevators that are very fast. It is a long walk down the hallway from the elevators since the unit is beachside. A/C was great and was very cold even at 72. We cooked all our meals in the condo. Kitchen is laid out a little strange with the angles. The oven doesn’t seem to get hot enough. Had to keep food in longer. Owner could definitely spring for an electric can opener. There was only a dollar manual one and we left a better one for the next guests. We aren’t a fan of bench seats in the dining room so we brought some card table chairs. The beds have a sheet and very light bedspread. The owner’s suite and room with the twins had an extra blanket but the back king bedroom did not and it is the coldest room. You can see the pool and hot tub area from the balcony. If I had young children I would not want to be up this high as I would be terrified of them being out on the balcony. Parking was easy. The tubs are VERY slick. Recommend a rubber mat for safety. Bring blankets with you. The blind in the back bedroom was broken and stuck down. The maintenance came quickly and couldn’t fix it but was able to bend a fork to hold it up. LOL. So the sun woke us up every morning around 6. Recommend!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Westwinds 4809 is kind of like our second home. This is our fourth summer renting it but the first summer since it has been with Beach Blue Properties. We are very familiar with the unit and everything included. There was a new sofa and chairs in the living room. This was nice as it was much more comfortable and offered more seating. Cleanliness was not as expected and what we were used to with the previous rental management company. There were pizza rolls under one of the twin sized beds. The dishes, glassware and silverware were dirty/greasy and required washing before they could be used. The beach items stored in the laundry room seemed to have been thrown in there creating an obstacle to get to the washer/dryer. Lastly, the lock on the balcony door did not work this year. With this unit being in the 13th floor and us having a small child, we had to move a piece of furniture in front of the door each night for peace of mind.
