Spectacular Modern at the Beach!

One block to the beach. Five blocks to the Village of Carlsbad.

Just one block from the sand! Contemporary finishes - commercial appliances, natural gas BBQ, high efficiency heating and air conditioning, 55' Smart TV, and super-fast and reliable internet/wi-fi 250+Mbps. We also have outdoor security cameras that record video and audio for added safety.

The suite is fully furnished, and the kitchen is fully equipped. We provide all linens and beach towels. We also have plenty of beach chairs, beach umbrellas, Boogie Boards, sand toys which are shared with other renters. We always have more inner inventory if needed.

There is no carpeting -- just luxurious porcelain floors. Slab quartz counters, European Hans Grohe Rain Showers, washer and dryer in unit. Did we mention the game room? Pinball, video games, Foosball and shuffleboard.

There is no smoking or pets allowed anywhere on the property.


Great location! Walk one block west to the beach! Walk to restaurants, the charming Village shops, the farmers' market and nightlife are all nearby!

Day Trips to: Legoland - San Diego Zoo - Sea World - San Diego Wild Animal Park - Disneyland - La Jolla Cove - casinos - wineries in Temecula

Excellent vacation rental!!

Great place to stay. Unit was clean and had everything we needed to make our stay enjoyable. Some of the building amenities were not accessible on the first day and the vacation in Carlsbad team worked hard to fix the issues right away! Location was fantastic!

We had a great time at this excellent property. Well-furnished, clean, very responsive host. Great location. Only downside is that the garage spots on either side are really tough to get into - especially when neighbors park in the driveway instead of pulling into the garage. But we were able to find street parking. Overall a great place to stay in Carlsbad!

Excellent Vacation

This rental was EXTREMELY clean and communication with the property manager was easy and immediate. Location was perfect for our family of 4. One block walk to the beach and a quick 10 min walk into Carlsbad Village for food and shopping. Loved the beach chairs and towels. We had a wonderful stay!

Excellent Place to Stay

We so enjoyed this property. It is one of the best in which I have ever stayed. The location is great, only a short walk to the beach and not far from Carlsbad Village with a plethora of restaurants and shops. The rooms are spacious and the accommodations very nice, top of the line. We'll be back when we can.

My family and I have been coming to Carlsbad for many years. This property is by far our favorite place to stay. Beautifully maintained, lots of included amenities, and great location. We will be back.

Perfect Spot

The Sun Suite is a well-appointed 2 bed/2 bath and the perfect amount of space for a family of four with two young kids. Each unit gets a garage space and shares a common game room on the first floor. Awesome “gear shed” with beach chairs, umbrellas, toys, and boogie boards. Short walk to the beach, half-mile from Carlsbad Village. Definitely staying here again.

Great property, close to surf

We love being close to the water and this property is just a block away! It's clean and organized. The management was communicative and responsive. Check in and out was easy. The game room, grills, beach toy shed, and outdoor shower are all really nice features for a so cal beach destination. We used them all! Thank you!

Great condo for family vacation

This condo was an excellent choice for my family of four. It is close enough to the village to walk (.5 miles one way) though the neighborhood or along the coastal path and far enough to enjoy the quiet. It was only a 2-minute walk from the front door to the beach access. It really helped to have full access to the outdoor shower and the beach supply shed to clean off the sand and not have to pack our own beach stuff. We grilled and cooked at the condo a lot and the kitchen supplies included everything needed. I would rent it again and I would recommend it as a rental.

Amazing Carlsbad Getaway

We came to Carlsbad for a Spring break from Colorado with our two daughters. We all loved our rental. Missy checked us in & made sure we were happy. It was extremely clean with plush comfortable beds & great showers. Just one block away from the beach with a spectacular ocean view. The beach is a state beach & very nice. We were close to the village with great restaurants, grocery store and bike rentals. The condo had everything we needed: beach towels, beach chairs etc. It is a professionally decorated modern style with AC, new appliances, electronic keypads .We loved every minute of our stay. We highly recommend this property.

Memorial Day Getaway

Great location! 5 minute walk to the beach and close to Carlsbad Village. The rental is one of four units - the sun unit is on the top. It’s very clean and the beds are super comfortable! We were traveling as a family, so having two bathrooms was super helpful! There are mini splits in each room and lots of clean towels. The unit only has one TV in the living room, but none in the bedrooms. There is a parking spot for each unit, but they’re a tight fit, so you may have trouble if you have a large vehicle. Overall, it was great place to stay and we plan on staying there again.

Great Beach Apartment

The apartment was very comfortable, spotlessly clean, and in a perfect location. Less than a block from the beach and an easy walk to all that Carlsbad Village has to offer. I highly recommend this VRBO!

Great Getaway

We were so impressed with this location. The property is beautiful and well taken care off. They have so many extra amenities that helped to make our stay fun and easy. It's a short walk to the beach and to the village. We will defiantly be staying here again.

We had a wonderful stay in Carlsbad. Super close to the adorable village of downtown Carlsbad with great restaurants and shopping. And of course the proximity to the beach is outstanding. Highly recommend staying here!

Great place in a great spot!

Really enjoyed our stay in our Vacation in Carlsbad condo! The unit was clean, roomy and while the weather was incredible, we loved having the AC option on certain afternoons. We walked to restaurants and the beach everyday! Nancy was fantastic to work with! We look forward to our next stay!

Beautiful Condo and close to the beach

The condo was beautiful and very close to the beach. It has all the amenities you need and then some. We stayed over spring break and enjoyed every minutes. The beds were extremely comfortable and one room even had black out shades to keep the sun out to allow me to sleep in, what a dream. We would definitely stay here again.
