Grass hadn't been cut for at least a month! House smelled old and moldy. Carpet was GROSS! Front steps and back deck were covered in debris. Ceiling in bathroom was covered in black mold! There was only one shower in the whole house. Windows and window shades didn't work very well. Sliding screen door was very difficult to open and close. The A/C didn't reach the upstairs bedrooms and was very warm up there. Upstairs window didn't have a screen on it so that was pretty dangerous. We did fix that, we cleaned the front and back porch areas, and the neighbor next door cut our grass. Maybe instead of charging 300 for a cleaning fee (JOKE) give it back to us and the neighbor for doing your job! For the amount of money we spent for a 3 night stay at this house was ridiculously high! It was very obvious that PMI Lakeshore LLC could have cared less about this place. The only thing we liked about this place was the kitchen and the storage space by the basement stairs. We would not recommend this place or ever rent it again! Of all the VRBO places we have stayed over the years, this one was the worst. So disappointing because we use their service a lot! Becky Smisek and Family.
