This is the ideal place to relax while listening to the waves and enjoying the view of the sea. The house is part of the San Juan de La Ramble parish, some 30 metres above sea level.

The property’s highlight is its large sun terrace complete with garden furniture and sun loungers. From here, you have a stunning, unobstructed view of the sea. The terrace is partly covered by a roof and is equipped with a barbecue.

The house features two comfortable bedrooms, one furnished with a double bed and the other with two single beds. The landlord provides duvets, bed linen and towels. On request, one addtional bed can be made available. Furthermore, there are two fully-equipped bathrooms with shower, toilet and hairdryer. This holiday cottage excels itself in its quiet location, since it is located in an area with no through traffic. All you can hear is the soothing sounds of the sea. Near the house are a number of restaurant typical dishes of the region on the menu. It is also only a few minutes’ walk to the beach. Furthermore, near your accommodation there is a walking trail that winds along the coast. Lovers of water sports can also get their money’s worth: you can go wind surfing, diving and angling in a 1km radius of the property. Shopping facilities are some 2km away.
