Nestled away in the highly rated Cedar Falls Resort, this cabin is designed for real comfort. Two king bedrooms, custom built-in triple bunks, an open-concept main floor with vaulted ceilings, and a downstairs lounge built for fun. Here's what's waiting for you:

Four-Legged Family Members Welcome!

We love dogs and welcome up to 2 pups (40 lbs or under).

Pet Policy:

• $75 non-refundable fee per dog (due 48 hours before check-in)
• Must be potty-trained, crate-trained, and crated when home alone or at night
• No dogs on furniture, must be leashed outside
• You're responsible for waste cleanup
• Bring old towels for paw-wiping – Tennessee red clay is real!
• Damage from pets (excessive shedding, chewing, accidents, fleas) will be charged to guest

Safety reminder: This is bear country. Keep dogs leashed and supervised. We're not responsible for lost or injured pets due to wildlife encounters.


Important Things to Know

Bear Country – Please Read: You're in the Smoky Mountains, which means black bears and wildlife are your neighbors. For everyone's safety:
• NEVER feed or approach bears
• Lock your car doors always, even when unloading
• Don't leave food in vehicles
• Use the bear-proof trash bins and lock them
• Expect to see wildlife – it's part of the mountain experience!

We treat regularly for insects, but you're in the woods. The occasional bug is normal (no refunds for nature being nature).

Hot Tub Safety:
• 18+ only
• No alcohol in or near the hot tub
• Don't use if you've been drinking or are pregnant
• No glass or food in the hot tub
• Use at your own risk

Bunk Bed Safety: The triple bunks use a ladder for access. By booking, you agree to use them safely and hold the owner and host harmless for any injuries related to ladder/bunk use.

Weather & Cancellations: Mountain weather can be unpredictable. We don't provide refunds for weather, power outages, or other things beyond our control. We strongly encourage purchasing travel insurance through a third party for peace of mind.
