Your holiday apartment is located on the ground floor of a quiet holiday complex, just a ten-minute walk from Lake Weissensee—with free access to the beach—in the Schwarzenbach area.
The apartment features a spacious living/dining room with a sleeper sofa, cable TV, and Wi-Fi (Internet). At the back of the apartment is a separate sleeping area with a new double bed (2 x 0.9 x 2 m, new mattresses, adjustable slatted frames) and a spacious closet. A separate room with a bunk bed (2 x 0.9 x 1.9 m) is available in the front area. The kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, dishwasher, hob, oven, coffee maker, microwave, electric kettle, toaster, dishes for four people, and much more. The apartment is rounded out by a bathroom with a toilet and a bathtub with a shower. Bedding (please bring your own towels) and tea towels are provided. The apartment is heated by central heating with radiators in all rooms.
You can enjoy the morning sun on the balcony.
You can easily reach the apartment by lift, which also takes you directly to the basement to the indoor pool, the sauna area with a relaxation room, outdoor fresh-air area, and plunge pool; the fitness room with various exercise equipment; and the table tennis room. Another sauna for private use (bookable through the building manager) is also available (currently closed). The building also offers a rooftop terrace/winter garden with views of the surrounding mountains and Lake Weissensee, as well as a tennis court, mini-golf course, barbecue area, and playground in the green space—all available free of charge. You can park your car directly in front of the complex in a reserved parking space (underground garage available upon request, for a fee)
